In Xi Luoyuan, Beijing, the “Civilized Use of Bicycles” campaign has been launched. In addition to having 40 officially permitted stops, there are a

The purpose of this campaign is to solve the mess that the popularity of shared bicycles is causing in Beijing, both with the pa
