摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是以CA6140車床上開(kāi)合螺母的工藝工裝為基礎(chǔ)的,內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:設(shè)計(jì)零件,加工工藝及工時(shí)計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)兩套夾具,拆畫(huà)一套夾具等。
為了提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,保證加工質(zhì)量,降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,需要設(shè)計(jì)專用夾具。
夾具方案的確定在國(guó)內(nèi)是一項(xiàng)十分重要的設(shè)計(jì)程序,其方案的優(yōu)劣決定了夾具設(shè)計(jì)的成功與失敗。確定設(shè)計(jì)方案時(shí)應(yīng)遵循以下原則:確保加工質(zhì)量,結(jié)構(gòu)盡量簡(jiǎn)單,操作省力高效,制造成本低廉。
這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是我們即將畢業(yè)之前的最后一次在校設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容比較全面,所涉及的知識(shí)比較廣,是對(duì)我們所學(xué)知識(shí)及應(yīng)用、設(shè)計(jì)能力的一次綜合檢驗(yàn)。
通過(guò)這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),既充分鍛煉了我們的設(shè)計(jì)能力,又補(bǔ)充了在校學(xué)習(xí)期間知識(shí)和能力的不足。

Abstract
My graduated design is based on the craft design of the opened nut to CA6140, which includes parts design, machining and time calculations, a design of two set of jigs, a dismantalment-drawing of a set of jig.
To improve productivity, and ensure processing quality and reduce labor intensity, it needs to design special jig.
The esdeblishment of jig programmes is so important that it decide the quality of the jig. Making the design of programmes should follow the following principles : ensuring processing quality structure as simple as possible, allowing efficient operation, low cost manufacturing.
The graduated design , which includes lots of content and involves much knowledge, is the last one for me before we will graduate. It is a comprehensive test to our knowledge and applications.
By doing the graduated design , it not only can improve our full design capacity , but also add in the inadequate knowledge and capacity that we have learned in school.
