該卷板機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)形式為三輥對(duì)稱式，上輥在兩下輥中央對(duì)稱位置通過(guò)錐齒輪傳動(dòng)作垂直升降運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過(guò)主減速機(jī)的末級(jí)齒輪帶動(dòng)兩下輥齒輪嚙合作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，為卷制板材提供扭矩。規(guī)格平整的塑性金屬板通過(guò)卷板機(jī)的三根工作輥(二根下輥、一根上輥)之間，借助上輥的下壓及下輥的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使金屬板經(jīng)過(guò)多道次連續(xù)彎曲，產(chǎn)生永久性的塑性變形，卷制成所需要的園筒、錐筒或它們的一部分。該卷板機(jī)主要有一個(gè)上輥、兩個(gè)下輥、機(jī)架及驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等部分組成。
本設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)該型卷板機(jī)做總體設(shè)計(jì)和上輥、下輥和機(jī)架等機(jī)構(gòu)做結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。

卷板機(jī)是一種將金屬板材卷制成筒形、弧形或其它形狀工件的通用設(shè)備。根據(jù)三點(diǎn)成圓的原理，利用工作輥相對(duì)位置變化和旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)使板材產(chǎn)生連續(xù)的塑性變形，以獲得預(yù)定形狀的工件。
關(guān)于卷板機(jī)的分類，國(guó)外一般以工作輥的配置方式來(lái)劃分。國(guó)內(nèi)普遍以工作輥數(shù)量及調(diào)整形式等為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)行混合分類，一般分為：

Three-roller plate bending machine can bend plate to a special shape, such as colum，cone，camber and so on，which is widely applied to boiler manufacture，chenical industry and machine manufacture.Near years, colum，cone，camber can be used to internet ,belt conveyer，hoist foundation ect. In For this purpose,a class of Roll Machine has been developed in order to improve the productivity,decrease the work intensity and content the demand of the factory for plate coiling.
Machine is a roll of sheet metal bent to cylindrical, curved shape of the work piece or other common devices. According to the principle of three-point into a circle, making use of changes in the relative positions of roller and rotation so that producing a continuous sheet of plastic deformation, is scheduled for the shape of the work piece.
