摘 要
行走機(jī)構(gòu)是采煤機(jī)的移動(dòng)推行機(jī)構(gòu),其一旦出現(xiàn)問題將導(dǎo)致整個(gè)采煤機(jī)停止運(yùn)行,嚴(yán)重影響采煤機(jī)的正常生產(chǎn)。本論文簡(jiǎn)單地闡述了2×132/630-WD行走箱的設(shè)計(jì)。
采煤機(jī)行走箱是牽引部的一部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著移動(dòng)采煤機(jī)的作用。采煤機(jī)既受井下工作面狹小空間的約束又要適應(yīng)惡劣的工作條件,所以行走箱要求要尺寸盡量小,又要必須滿足承載工況的強(qiáng)度要求。本設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括傳動(dòng)比分配、齒輪設(shè)計(jì)校核、花鍵和軸的設(shè)計(jì)校核,最后從力學(xué)方面對(duì)行走輪和銷齒嚙合進(jìn)行了彎曲強(qiáng)度和接觸強(qiáng)度的有限元分析,并對(duì)行走機(jī)構(gòu)核心部件之一的導(dǎo)向滑靴在各種工作狀況下的受力情況進(jìn)行了探索性的分析。
通過(guò)以上分析計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)出采煤機(jī)行走箱的整體結(jié)構(gòu),了解了行走機(jī)構(gòu)非正常損壞、失效的一些原因和規(guī)律,為以后的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。

ABSTRACT
Haulage mechanism of shearer is the executive device for the machine’s shift. And as soon as it fails to operate, shearer will stop working, which definitely affects regular production and operation of shearer. So this paper studies some preliminary causes for improper failure and damage of the haulage mechanism. The paper bridfly expounds in the design of the department of walking box of 2×132/630-WD Shearer.
The running box is apart of traction of shearer, which is used for moving the shearer. The Shearer not only is limited to narrow space by underground mining, but also has to adapt to bad working conditions.Therefore, the size of the walking box should be as small as possible, and it must meet the required strength bearing conditions. The main contents are distributing the drive ratio and the designing and checking of gears, spline and shaft. The last part of this paper is about force analysis of the engagement between sprocket and pin-rail, which mainly studies bending strength and contact strength by the method of FEA. Finally, guiding shoes of shearer, which are the key parts of its haulage mechanism, are simply analyzed for their force analysis under different working conditions.
By the overall study, the box of shearer’s overall structure is worked out, some preliminary causes for the improper failure and damage of haulage mechanism are given, which will provide useful reference for further design and optimization.
