1、鐵路服務(wù)英語 情景對話 （客運(yùn)值班員班）參與演出角色:列車長1名、列車員A、列車員B、旅客A、旅客B、旅客C(共6名）場景1:3車廂 （找座位)列車員 A： Good morning ， sir。 Ticket, please。（遞車票)thanks for your cooperation！ This is carriage three. Let me help you （幫助提行李上車)早上好，先生！請出示車票，謝謝您的合作。這是3車廂，我?guī)湍伞Ｂ每?A:thank you。謝謝.旅客 A： Excuse me， can you help me find my seat?打擾一下，您能幫

2、我找下我的座位嗎？列車員B: Please show me your ticket, it says which seat is yours 。 Oh，your seat number is 17,follow me ,please。(引領(lǐng)） This aisle seat is yours.請出示下您的車票，那上面有您的座位號碼，您的座位號是17，請跟我來,就是這個(gè)靠過道的座位。旅客 A: Thanks, you are so kind。 but there is someone in my seat。 Look！謝謝您的幫助，但是已經(jīng)有人坐在我的座位上了，看。列車員B：Sorry to t

Now please show your ticket, its the time to check ticket. Passengers without buying tickets， please go to NO。XX

Have your ticket back。您的票！請把票拿好。場景4: 3車廂 （晚點(diǎn)）列車員B：This is a temporary stop。

9、現(xiàn)在是臨時(shí)停車.旅客C：How long shall we stop here, please?請問在這停車多久？列車員B:It stays for about 15 minutes。停車大約15分。旅客C：So the train is now 15 minutes late?所以列車現(xiàn)在晚點(diǎn)15分鐘?列車員B：Please dont worry，the train will arrive on schedule.請別著急，列車將正點(diǎn)到達(dá).場景5：3車廂 （丟東西)旅客A： Excuse me？ My wallet has lost.
