摘 要
本文主要介紹鉆前橫架上螺紋孔的工藝分析,怎樣確定零件的生產(chǎn)類型,怎樣擬定生產(chǎn)路線及工藝文件的編制。其中工藝卡片的繪制尤為重要。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要是夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。六點(diǎn)定位原理的應(yīng)用在此得到應(yīng)用。夾緊裝置的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循夾緊力的基本原則——作用點(diǎn)、方向、大小。夾具是為滿足機(jī)械加工工藝要求而進(jìn)行的一種工裝設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)它又是一項(xiàng)較為獨(dú)立的生產(chǎn)實(shí)用技能。本課程的學(xué)習(xí)需要有機(jī)床、刀具、公差與技術(shù)測(cè)量、機(jī)械制圖、工程材料及熱處理、機(jī)械原理與機(jī)械零件、理論力學(xué)及材料力學(xué)等機(jī)械專業(yè)多門專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程做支撐。
通過(guò)此次課程設(shè)計(jì)能夠掌握機(jī)床夾具的基本理論知識(shí)和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法,能對(duì)機(jī)床夾具進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和精度分析。 會(huì)查閱有關(guān)夾具設(shè)計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、手冊(cè)、圖冊(cè)等技術(shù)資料。 掌握機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)的一般方法,具有設(shè)計(jì)一般復(fù)雜程度夾具的基本能力。 了解現(xiàn)代夾具設(shè)計(jì)的一般知識(shí)。
Abstract
