摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)小型手推式拖地機(jī),適用于樓道走廊,家庭等場(chǎng)所。拖地機(jī)首先由動(dòng)力裝置,傳動(dòng)裝置,拖地裝置組成。動(dòng)力裝置通過(guò)帶輪傳動(dòng),使主軸Ⅰ旋轉(zhuǎn),通過(guò)安放在主軸上的錐齒輪改變方向,帶動(dòng)帶輪傳動(dòng),從而讓拖地機(jī)前面兩個(gè)拖地圓盤(pán)逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),進(jìn)行拖地工作。其次,通過(guò)裝在主軸Ⅰ一端的帶輪帶動(dòng)軸Ⅱ旋轉(zhuǎn),安裝在軸Ⅱ上的滾刷機(jī)構(gòu)再次清理前面拖地圓盤(pán)工作過(guò)的地面,且把垃圾收集到后面的垃圾箱里。至此,完成所要求的功能和任務(wù)。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中,通過(guò)圖書(shū)館,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)查閱,搜集了大量的資料,對(duì)不同的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,分析并最終確定了一種比較理想的好的設(shè)計(jì)方案,然后根據(jù)已確定方案進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,確定各個(gè)零部件尺寸和相應(yīng)型號(hào),對(duì)其進(jìn)行校核以確保滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。設(shè)計(jì)的零部件相對(duì)的比較簡(jiǎn)單,實(shí)用,且方便制造,所以其成本較低,是一種比較經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠的小型手推式拖地機(jī)。

Abstract
The graduation project designed a small hand-push mopping machine for the corridor , home and other places. Mopping machine is made of the power device, transmission device, and mopping device . Power device makes Ⅰ spindle rotated by changing the direction of the spindle is mounted on a bevel gear device and drive pulley, so that the front of the machine’s two mop devices rotate counterclockwise, drag to work. Then,though Ⅰ spindle make Ⅱ spindle start to rotate, brush mechanism is mounted on the shaft Ⅱ again clean worked ground and collect the rubbsh.So the graduation project completes the required functions and tasks.
Through libraries, Internet access, the graduation design collect a lot of information and compares different design projects.Finally determine a ideal project.According to the projiet,I collect different sizes of component and the make sure to meet the design requirements. The graduation design is simple, practical, and easy to manufacture, so the cost is affordable.
