黑龍江工程學院本科畢業(yè)設計
摘 要
該設計的對稱傳動剪板機,其沖剪力為10噸,滑塊的行程為22mm,每分鐘剪切30次。由電動機提供動力,經過一級帶傳動和一級齒輪傳動減速。設計中采用的執(zhí)行機構為對心曲柄滑塊機構,這一機構將剪板機傳動系統(tǒng)的旋轉運動轉變?yōu)榛瑝K的往復直線運動,實現對板料的剪切。曲柄滑塊機構具有結構簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經濟實用的優(yōu)點,在機械設備中應用廣泛。本設計中,通過對平面曲柄滑塊機構的數學建模,用Turbor C編程,輸入曲柄滑塊機構的機構參數和運功參數,實現對整個機構運動過程的仿真。
