某型茶杯的杯蓋的注射模設計 機械設計制造及其自動化 作者: 張華珠 指導老師: 馬克新 摘要:模具工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎工業(yè)，而塑料模具又是整個模具行業(yè)的霸主。我國的塑料成型模具設計，制作技術比較晚，整體水平還比較低，但近幾年發(fā)展比較迅速。目前單單型腔的模具達80%以上，仍占主導地位。該設計通過對多種相似塑件的模具結構參考，設計的是聚乙烯塑件（某型口杯蓋），采用的是一模兩腔注射。該產(chǎn)品采用點澆口注射，和整體式型腔設置。型腔是由兩瓣合模構成，利用斜導柱側向分型，塑件的螺紋采用強制脫模。。 關鍵詞：杯蓋；注射模；瓣合模；側向分型；設計； Design of Injection mold for Cup lid Machine design & manufacturing and automation Author: Zhang Huazhu Instructs teacher: Ma Kexin Abstract:The mold industry is the national economical foundation,and the plastic mold also is the overlord in the entire mold industry. It is quite late which the development of manufacture technology, the overall level is low in our country.But the plastic mold is developing quite rapidly in plastic take- shape mold design area recent year.Now, the single cavity mold is above 80%,and still occupied an important position.By researching many kinds of similarly models, I designed a polyethylene model, which can inject two cavities in one time.The products are pinpoint gated on the side,and adopt integral cavity arrangement.The cavity is formed by two petal mold modules, and side core-pulling is through angle pin. the thread is through forced ejection.
