摘 要
為了解決日益嚴重的環(huán)境污染和能源危機的問題，開發(fā)了一種以天然氣和柴油為燃料的電控雙燃料發(fā)動機。它是在電控柴油機的基礎上改裝而成的，采用柴油引燃天然氣的方式來工作。由于只需另外加裝一套天然氣供給系統(tǒng)，適當改變一下燃料供給策略，對原柴油機不必作什么改動，故改裝簡單、成本低，但天然氣替代率高，發(fā)動機機排放性明顯改善。
本設計是在原YC6108電控柴油機的基礎上，設計安裝一套天然氣供給系統(tǒng)，并充分利用原柴油機上的電控系統(tǒng)，通過加裝相關(guān)傳感器，精確控制柴油引燃量和天然氣的供給量，來提高原發(fā)動機的經(jīng)濟性和排放性。一方面分析了電控天然氣發(fā)動機燃料供給策略，設計了天然氣供給系統(tǒng)；另一方面重點設計了天然氣供給系統(tǒng)的一些主要專用裝置，如：氣瓶、氣瓶閥、手動關(guān)閉閥、充氣閥、燃氣壓力調(diào)節(jié)器、加溫器等，對其它所需部件按國家標準進行了選用；同時還根據(jù)公交車車架，對天然氣供給系統(tǒng)布置與安裝進行了分析與設計。

Abstract
In order to solve the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution problems, we develop a natural gas and diesel fuel for the electronically controlled dual-fuel engine. It is Modified by a electronically controlled engine ,and work by diesel ignite the natual gas . we only add a natural gas supply system on the diesel engine, and give some appropriate changes in the fuel supply strategy, but the diesel engines emissions significantly improved.
We develop this electronically controlled dual-fuel engine on the basis of the YC6108 Diesel Engine. We make full use of the electronic control system on the diesel engine and precisely control the diesel and natural gas supply to Improve the engine of the economy and emissions. On the one hand, we analysis fuel supply strategy, and design the gas supply system; On the other hand, we focused on the design of the gas supply system for some major installations, such as: the cylinder, the cylinder valve, the shuted valve, filling gas Valves, gas pressure regulator, heating regulator, etc., we also design the gas supply system layout and installation under the bus frame.
