摘 要
壓縮機(jī)曲軸軸頸及曲軸銷是動(dòng)配合,要求表面粗糙度通常在Ra0.4以下,常用磨削的方法加工及拋光。由于其形狀不規(guī)則,安裝復(fù)雜,產(chǎn)量低,加工成本高,設(shè)備昂貴。提出采用振動(dòng)拋光機(jī)專用設(shè)備進(jìn)行拋光。
拋光是超精密加工中一種重要加工方法,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是加工精度高,加工材料范圍廣。拋光機(jī)是用嵌入磨料的研具對工件表面進(jìn)行研磨的工具,是保證研磨加工的重要條件。由于傳統(tǒng)研磨存在加工效率低、加工成本高、加工精度和加工質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定等缺點(diǎn),這使得傳統(tǒng)研磨應(yīng)用受到了一定限制,為了提高研磨加工效率,機(jī)械研磨機(jī)已經(jīng)取代了傳統(tǒng)的手工研磨。
本文主要是合理的分析了振動(dòng)拋光機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)和拋光原理,本振動(dòng)拋光機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)由電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速裝置、振動(dòng)馬達(dá)、振動(dòng)盤等組成,并設(shè)計(jì)了減速裝置。為了使其具有足夠的剛度、強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性,對蝸輪蝸桿減速器上的主要零部件進(jìn)行了壽命校。

In order to have a sufficient rigidity, strength and stability of the main parts of the worm gear reducer school life.
