摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題來源于生產(chǎn)實際，具有很強的指導(dǎo)意義。零件采用不銹鋼作為原材料，厚度為0.5毫米。
首先是對制品進行測繪，畫出制品的二維工程圖。并對沖壓件的工藝分析，完成了工藝方案的確定。對零件進行排樣圖的設(shè)計，完成了材料利用率的計算。再進行沖裁工藝力的計算和沖裁模工作部分的設(shè)計計算，對選擇沖壓設(shè)備提供依據(jù)。最后對主要零部件的設(shè)計和標準件的選擇，為本次設(shè)計模具的繪制和模具的成形提供依據(jù)，以及為裝配圖各尺寸提供依據(jù)。通過前面的設(shè)計方案畫出模具各零件圖和裝配圖。
本次設(shè)計闡述了模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及工作過程。本模具性能可靠，運行平穩(wěn)，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率，降低勞動強度和生產(chǎn)成本。

Abstract
The graduation design task from actual production, strong guidance significance. The components use rolling steel plates to take raw material, the thickness of the steel mill for 0.5 millimeter.
First is to products of surveying and mapping, paint products of two-dimensional engineering graphics. And for stamping process analysis and determination of the complete process. In parts of the design, layout diagram completed material utilization. Then punching process of calculation and punch die working parts of the design and calculation, stamping equipment selection. Finally the design of main components and parts for the selection of the design, mold and die forming, and provide basis for various sizes of assembly drawings. Through the front design draw all parts and mold assembly.
The design of the mould structure design is expounded and the working process. The mould reliable performance, stable operation, improve the quality of our products and production efficiency and reduce labor intensity and production cost.
