從適合實(shí)際工作環(huán)境出發(fā),確定了明確的課題設(shè)計(jì)方向;并對(duì)輸送機(jī)在使用中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題有一定的研究,且應(yīng)用在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中;已經(jīng)開始對(duì)課題進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并有了突破性的進(jìn)展,設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程已經(jīng)快速地展開,確定了工作的內(nèi)容和方法;同時(shí),已完成了對(duì)相關(guān)資料的查閱,對(duì)課題有了總體的分析。開題報(bào)告順利完成。
三、階段性成果:
總體布置方案和主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)已確定,并完成一些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選型和大多數(shù)零部件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算工作。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和校核工作正在進(jìn)行中,部分零件圖的繪制已經(jīng)基本完成,英文翻譯工作已結(jié)束,已開始制作設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書的工作。
四、存在主要問(wèn)題:
1、輸送帶的運(yùn)行速度受到物料性質(zhì)和帶寬的限制,其中物料性質(zhì)的限制最大;
2、由于輸送機(jī)是相當(dāng)龐大的,因此從力學(xué)的角度去改進(jìn),只要在輸送要求內(nèi),使的輸送機(jī)的整體質(zhì)量減少將大大降低成本,因此不斷從力學(xué)角度研究,是一個(gè)很有潛力的發(fā)展方向;
3、局部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)思路不清晰;設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容不夠連貫,系統(tǒng)性不強(qiáng);在整體結(jié)構(gòu)及零部件結(jié)構(gòu)上存在一定問(wèn)題;在選用零件和確定結(jié)構(gòu)工藝參數(shù)時(shí)缺少經(jīng)驗(yàn)和參考;
4、獲得資料不夠充分,資料較陳舊;

一、 選題的目的和意義:
帶式輸送機(jī)是連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的無(wú)端輸送帶輸送貨物的機(jī)械。它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、造價(jià)低、運(yùn)輸距離長(zhǎng),而且有很高的生產(chǎn)率。主要用于冶金、采礦、煤炭、電站、港口以及 工業(yè)企業(yè)。隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,帶式輸送機(jī)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中重要性越 來(lái)越大,是工業(yè)機(jī)械化的重要內(nèi)容。帶式輸送機(jī)是最重要的現(xiàn)代散狀物料輸送設(shè)備,它廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、冶金、化工、煤礦、港口、建材、糧食等領(lǐng)域。因此,對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)十分必要。
由于組成帶式輸送機(jī)的基本部件有幾十種,每種又包括若干類型,加之不同的地形、工況、布置形式又有多種變化,使得帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)相當(dāng)繁重,尤其部件的選型涉及較多的知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)與規(guī)則。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)的迅速發(fā)展,帶式輸送機(jī)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日趨激烈。為了適應(yīng)用戶要求,必須向新產(chǎn)品、多品種方向發(fā)展,因此,以往的設(shè)計(jì)方法已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前的需要,采用現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計(jì)方法和CAD技術(shù),增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。并在課題的研究中將對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的基本設(shè)計(jì)思想進(jìn)行較深入的研究,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行分析,相信通過(guò)本課題的研究,必定會(huì)對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)提出新的理念,進(jìn)一步完善設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。
二、 國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述:
1 國(guó)外帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀
國(guó)外帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展很快,其主要表現(xiàn)在2個(gè)方面:一方面是帶式輸送機(jī)的功能多元化、應(yīng)用范圍擴(kuò)大化,如高傾角帶輸送機(jī)、管狀帶式輸送機(jī)、空間轉(zhuǎn)彎帶式輸送機(jī)等各種機(jī)型;另一方面是帶式輸送機(jī)本身的技術(shù)與裝備有了巨大的發(fā)展,尤其是長(zhǎng)距離、大運(yùn)量、高帶速等大型帶式輸送機(jī)已成為發(fā)展的主要方向,其核心技術(shù)是開發(fā)應(yīng)用于了帶式輸送機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù),提高了帶式輸送機(jī)的運(yùn)行性能和可靠性。目前,在煤礦井下使用的帶式輸送機(jī)已達(dá)到表1所示的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo),其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與裝備有以下幾個(gè)特點(diǎn):
⑴設(shè)備大型化。 其主要技術(shù)參數(shù)與裝備均向著大型化發(fā)展,以滿足年產(chǎn)300~500萬(wàn)t以上高產(chǎn)高效集約化生產(chǎn)的需要。
⑵應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)分析技術(shù)和機(jī)電一體化、計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控等高新技術(shù),采用大功率軟起動(dòng)與自動(dòng)張緊技術(shù),對(duì)輸送機(jī)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與監(jiān)控,大大地降低了輸送帶的動(dòng)張力,設(shè)備運(yùn)行性能好,運(yùn)輸效率高。
⑶采用多機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)與中間驅(qū)動(dòng)及其功率平衡、輸送機(jī)變向運(yùn)行等技術(shù),使輸送機(jī)單機(jī)運(yùn)行長(zhǎng)度在理論上已有受限制,并確保了輸送系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的通用性、互換性及其單元驅(qū)動(dòng)的可靠性。
⑷新型、高可靠性關(guān)鍵元部件技術(shù)。如包含CST等在內(nèi)的各種先進(jìn)的大功率驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置與調(diào)速裝置、高壽命高速托輥、自清式滾筒裝置、高效貯帶裝置、快速自移機(jī)尾等。如英國(guó)FSW生產(chǎn)的FSW1200/(2~3)×400(600)工作面順槽帶式輸送機(jī)就采用了液粘差速或變頻調(diào)速裝置,運(yùn)輸能力達(dá)3000 t/h以上,它的機(jī)尾與新型轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī)(如美國(guó)久益公司生產(chǎn)的S500E)配套,可隨工作面推移而自動(dòng)快速自移、人工作業(yè)少、生產(chǎn)效率高。
2 國(guó)內(nèi)帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀
我國(guó)生產(chǎn)制造的帶式輸送機(jī)的品種、類型較多。在“八五”期間,通過(guò)國(guó)家一條龍“日產(chǎn)萬(wàn)噸綜采設(shè)備”項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,帶式輸送機(jī)的技術(shù)水平有了很大提高,煤礦井下用大功率、長(zhǎng)距離帶式輸送機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和新產(chǎn)呂開發(fā)都取得了很大的進(jìn)步。如大傾角長(zhǎng)距離帶式輸送機(jī)成套設(shè)備、高產(chǎn)高效工作面順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)等均填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)空白,并對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的減低關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其主要元部件進(jìn)行了理論研究和產(chǎn)品開發(fā),研制成功了多種軟起動(dòng)和制動(dòng)裝置以及以PLC為核心的可編程電控裝置,驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用調(diào)速型液力偶合器和行星齒輪減速器。
3 煤礦帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)
3.1 設(shè)備大型化、提高運(yùn)輸能力
為了適應(yīng)高產(chǎn)高效集約化生產(chǎn)的需要,帶式輸送機(jī)的輸送能力要加大。長(zhǎng)距離、高帶速、大運(yùn)量、大功率是今后發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),也是高產(chǎn)高效礦井運(yùn)輸技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。在今后的10a內(nèi)輸送量要提高到3000~4000 t/h,還速提高至4~6m/s,輸送長(zhǎng)度對(duì)于可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)要達(dá)到3000m。對(duì)于鋼繩芯強(qiáng)力帶式輸送機(jī)需加長(zhǎng)至5000m以上,單機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)功率要求達(dá)到1000~1500 kW,輸送帶抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到6000 N/mm(鋼繩芯)和2500 N/mm(鋼繩芯)。尤其是煤礦井下順槽可伸縮輸送技術(shù)的發(fā)展,隨著高產(chǎn)高效工作面的出現(xiàn)及煤炭科技的不斷發(fā)展,原有的可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī),無(wú)論是主參數(shù),還是運(yùn)行性能都難以適應(yīng)高產(chǎn)高效工作面的要求,煤礦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)急需主參數(shù)更大、技術(shù)更先進(jìn)、性能更可靠的長(zhǎng)距離、大運(yùn)量、大功率順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī),以提高我國(guó)帶式輸送機(jī)技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)水平,填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白,接近并趕上國(guó)際先進(jìn)工業(yè)國(guó)的技術(shù)水平。其包含7個(gè)方面的關(guān)鍵技術(shù):⑴帶式輸送機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù);⑵軟起動(dòng)與功率平衡技術(shù);⑶中間驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù);⑷自動(dòng)張緊技術(shù);⑸新型高壽命高速托輥技術(shù);⑹快速自移機(jī)尾技術(shù);⑺高效儲(chǔ)帶技術(shù)。
3.2 提高元部件性能和可靠性
設(shè)備開機(jī)率的高與低主要取決于元部件的性能和可靠性。除了進(jìn)一步完善和提高現(xiàn)有元部件的性能和可靠性,還要不斷地開發(fā)研究新的技術(shù)和元部件,如高性能可控軟起動(dòng)技術(shù)、動(dòng)態(tài)分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù)、高效貯帶裝置、快速自移機(jī)尾、高速托輥等,使帶式輸送機(jī)的性能得到進(jìn)一步的提高。
3.3 擴(kuò)大功能,一機(jī)多用化
拓展運(yùn)人、運(yùn)料或雙向運(yùn)輸?shù)裙δ埽龅揭粰C(jī)多用,使其發(fā)揮最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。開發(fā)特殊型帶式輸送機(jī),如彎曲帶式輸送機(jī)、大傾角或垂直提升輸送機(jī)等。

Discussion about pull installation of belt conveyer
Belt conveyer also claimed rubber belt conveyor, which is called " leather belt " in the Produce scene, is the continuous facility for transporting of the common enterprise of factories and mines. It is widely used under the well of coal mine, particularly extensively. The major parts of belt conveyer include conveyer belt, actuating device, bearing roller, cylinder, frame, tension station, brake, supplementary equipment as well as electromechanical protective device and so on. When designing belt conveyer, first, should determine original enumerated data, such as the expected productivity, conveyer transport line picture, the way of giving material and discharge way by working condition and the installation feature of conveyer as well as the physical mechanical performance of transportation stock and so on; And in the design cacula- tion of type selecting need to select related parameter reasonably, for example band- width, belt speed and wraps angle of the driving pulley, the operation resistance coefficient of parts , make them close to actual operation state worth in order to raise economic benefits and the comprehensive technology of belt conveyer. Since belt conveyer is to lean conveyer belt, the friction with drive pulley transmits haulage , therefore tension station can be designed with definite parameter according to the requirement for tension in the operation of conveyer belt which including characteristic, installation location, tension adjusting range and the type of tension station and so on. Tension station can directly affect the performance of belt conveyer as it's performance of essential important composition part of belt conveyer. In belt conveyer system, the main effect of tension station has the following:
(1)Guarantee conveyer belt’s split of driving pulley have proper tension in order to prevent conveyer belt from dozening slippery.
Belt conveyer depend on the friction between support conveyer belt and driveing pulley, in appearance meet with split to produce a tension haulage of system. Therefore to make belt conveyer stabilize operation need to guarantee conveyer belt have enough tension in driveing pulley split place, in order to make conveyer belt rely on , with the friction of cylinder, transmiting the haulage needed by system. If split place has little tension, the friction haulage that conveyer belt transmits can't make belt conveyer run , conveyer belt would hit on cylinder slippery.
(2) Guarantee having necessary tension each on the girth of conveyer belt so as satisfy sag requirement.
Conveyer belt’s sag between two bearing rollers should not be exceptional , otherwise conveyer belt would relax excessly to lose groove shape cause the sideslip of conveyer belt , arouse spillage , increase operation resistance. Therefore automatic tension station should guarantee that conveyer belt has enough tension in the minimum tension place in order to restrict sag between bearing rollers on conveyer belt, keep belt conveyer’s steady operation.
(3)The regulation of tension in the not steady working condition of start , brake etc.
In the course of starting, because of acceleration sport of belt conveyer, the haulage that conveyer belt need to transmit bigger than steady operation much, therefore it has to raise the tension value in the split place of the driveing pulley to produce larger haulage. And in brake course, especially for the conveyer of long distance and big volume, as the role of force, the tension on the tight side of conveyer belt can reduce , even arouse the tape of layer upon layer probably; Loose side, the tension of conveyer belt can increase , even arouses belt broken probably , therefore tension value must be prompted in time. Additionally, in operation course, the change of load make leather belt appear suddenly tension unusual, tension station should be given prompt adjustment , in order to reduce leather belt to hit the accidents such as belt sliding, belt broken.
(4) Compensate line viscous elongation and the flexible elongation of conveyer belt.conveyer belt can automatic elongation as time goniong, and occur permanent elongation under transitional operating mode, , so it is needed to compensate plasticity and the change of elongation in transitional operating mode. Since load change can arouse conveyer belt’slength changing, vermicular phenomenon can also cause the elongation of conveyer belt, and tensile force changes , it has to regulate the location of tension pulley often , and guarantee the normal operation of belt conveyer.
(5)Offer necessary route for conveyer belt to contact again.Each belt conveyer has some joints , possibility in certain contact for a short while can arise problem, must stop first and then make the joint again. Tension station has prepared the belt besides load for belt conveyer, so contacting fault can be contacted again through relax tension station to solve problem. For stretch out and draw back allowing belt conveyer, when storing up tape district to store up full tape, we can take out extra conveyer belt through tension station.
Tension station, for belt conveyer transportation system, has the important role that cannot replace , therefore domestic and international scholar has carried out plenty of researches for it , has developed a lot of new products. Its development course can be sumed up approximately for 3 following stages:
First stage is pure mechanical tension stage. The major product of this stage : Spiral tension station and stationary winch tension station and heavey hammer tension station. Heavey hammer tension station reaches the purpose that pulled through pulley groups and heavey hammer piece, , when the elongation of gummed belt, it can absorb its elongation voluntarily. The stationary winch tension station’s function of tension is to pull only, when belt elongation tensile force drop because of various reason, it can be pulled again only it its discovered that is rear to pull . Since belt conveyer is different in starting and runing normally course for the tension requirement of conveyer belt,but the location of stationary winch tension station is tighted in conveyer operation course and all along to fix, to surmount this shortcoming,we can alter it for half stationary starts tightly , that is to say tension pulley fixed in starting location , when runing normally fixed in operation location , two locations uses route switch to control , domestic also can produce this kind of tension station.
Second stage, the adjustable stage of tensile force. The typical product of this stage is voluntarily winch( mechanical winch or hydraulic winch) tension station. Its technology develop looked that it can only realize the automatic tight in steady( even speed) stage, it is constant to maintain the tension of gummed belt in steady stage. And it's tensile force under the instability operating conditionses such as brake or starting-up is same as the stationary winch identical. It's structural feature shows: With floodgate, when winch is opened , loosens floodgate, when stoping tight floodgate. The time of winch operation is very short, and the most of times is in parking await orders state. Reduce the hydraulic of air tight system is to use compressed empty ware drive oil pump, offer tight oil cylinder with pressure oil to tight conveyer belt. That system only in the countries such as Germany and Engl get application, its structure is compact , has reliable work, it cover a little area.
The stage of 3th, development automatic tight stage. Major product has hydraulic winch automatic tension station and hydraulic automatic tension station of big jar. Tension station can be divided into stationary, heavy hammer type and automatic type 3 kinds according to structural type.
(1) stationary tension station include spiral pull and regular winch pull.

Once belt breaking accident occur, conveyer belt need to be joined again, and the falled down coal need to be cleaned, it usually need to stop production for 24 hours even more long time. Besides break to take accident occur would still cause the casualty accidents of pedestrian on the side of belt conveyer.
(2) type of heavey hammer tight.Heavy hammer tension equipment ,including one hammer type, multiple hammers type and hammer vehicle type. The structure of heavy hammer tension equipment is simple , it is applied comparatively extensively, can guarantee tensile force maintenance constant in various operating conditionses, and can absorb and compensate the elongation of conveyer belt voluntarily.
