HKD-5噸灑水車變速器設(shè)計
摘 要
變速器是汽車至關(guān)重要的一個部分,它可以改變動力輸出裝置輸送到驅(qū)動輪上的扭矩和速度。它能夠為多樣化的行駛條件,多樣化的路況,提供多種大小的力。同時可以使發(fā)動機處在最合適的作業(yè)狀態(tài),使得輸出裝置輸出的動力利用率更高。變速器可以使得汽車倒退和停止。一些專用車輛可以從變速器里面取力,比如此次設(shè)計的灑水車就需要從變速器里邊取得動力。
變速器有機械式手動變速器和機械式無級變速器兩種,如果變速器擋位多其動力性和經(jīng)濟性得到保證,擋位少其操縱方便,本次設(shè)計的任務(wù)是5噸灑水車變速器總成,首先作了傳動機構(gòu)的方案分析,決定采用,5+1擋中間軸式變速器,又做了倒擋布置方案的分析。在網(wǎng)上查閱了變速器設(shè)計的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,計算出了一擋傳動比的范圍,最后把各檔傳動比定了下來。根據(jù)汽車的形式選用了遠(yuǎn)距離操縱機構(gòu)以及鎖環(huán)式同步器換擋。此次設(shè)計的變速器各項指標(biāo)(最高車速、等等)都幾乎滿足。最后對變速器一擋工作時的齒輪和常嚙合齒輪以及軸的強度做了校核,都滿足強度要求,變速器其他零件以及整體尺寸也都達(dá)到要求。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is a vital part of the car, it can change the torque and speed that the power output device conveys to the driving wheel. It can provide different forces for different driving conditions, different road conditions. At the same time, it can make the engine in the best working state and make rational use of the power of the engine. The transmission can reverse and stop the car. Some special vehicles can draw power from the transmission, for example, the designed sprinkler needs to get power from the transmission.
Mechanical transmission is one of the most common transmissions. Its structure is relatively simple, the main part is composed of four shafts and gears. Four shafts are: the first axis, the second axis, the middle axis, the inverted shaft. It is through the meshing of gears with different tooth numbers to achieve the purpose of speed change.
My design task is to design the transmission assembly of 5 ton sprinkler. Before the design, I reviewed the automobile design and automobile structure about the transmission, and made a further understanding of the transmission. After that, I made an in-depth analysis of the transmission, and I knew the structure of each part. The related contents of transmission design are consulted on the Internet, the range of first gear transmission ratio is calculated, and finally the transmission ratio of each gear is fixed. In addition, the arrangement scheme and shift form of transmission mechanism are determined, and 51 gear intermediate shaft transmission and synchronizer shift are adopted. According to the form of the car, the remote control mechanism is selected. This time The transmission indicators (maximum speed, maximum climbing slope, etc.) are almost met. Finally, the strength of the gear, common meshing gear and shaft of the first gear of the transmission is checked, which meets the strength requirements, and the other parts of the transmission and the overall size also meet the requirements.
