1、 說明建立軸承座的1/2對稱實體模型。以p-block.db 文件名保存數(shù)據(jù)庫文件Counterbore1.0R, 0.1875 deep Base6 x 3 x 1Web, 0.15 thick All dimensions in inches 1.75Four 0.75D holes,0.75 offsetfrom corner Bushing, 0.85R Bracket1.5R, 0.75 thick 1.按教師指定的工作目錄,用“p-block”作為作業(yè)名, 進入 ANSYS2.打開等軸視圖方位:按ISO或用命令:/VIEW,1,1,1,13.創(chuàng)建軸承座的基礎(chǔ) : Main Menu
2、 Preprocessor Modeling Create Volumes Block By Dimensions輸入 X1 = 0, X2 = 3, Y1 = 0, Y2 = 1, Z1 = 0, Z2 = 3,然后按OK或用命令:/PREP7 BLOCK,0,3,0,1,0,3 4.將工作平面移到 X=2.25, Y=1.25, Z=.75: Utility Menu WorkPlane Offset WP by Increments 設(shè)置 X,Y,Z Offsets = 2.25, 1.25, 0.75設(shè)置XY, YZ, ZX Angles = 0, -90, 0, 然后按 OK或用命令

6、g Create Volumes Cylinder Partial Cylinder輸入WP X = 0輸入WP Y = 0輸入Rad-1 = 0輸入Theta-1 = 0輸入Rad-2 = 1.5輸入Theta-2 = 90輸入Depth = -0.75, 然后按 OK或用命令:CYL4,0,0,0,0,1.5,90,-0.75 12.通過套筒托架的孔創(chuàng)建圓柱: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Volumes Cylinder Solid Cylinder WP X = 0 WP Y = 0 Radius = 1 Depth = -0.1875,

9、eypoint2st Keypoint 15b.創(chuàng)建三角形面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Areas Arbitrary Through KPs在軸承座基礎(chǔ)和套筒托架基礎(chǔ)相交的位置,拾取第一個關(guān)鍵點 X=1.5在拱表面底部和套筒托架基礎(chǔ)相交的位置,拾取第二個關(guān)鍵點 X=1.5拾取在14a步驟中建立的位于X=1.5, Y=1, Z=3的第三個關(guān)鍵點按Ok或用命令:A,14,15,9 1st Keypoint3rd Keypoint2nd Keypoint 15c.沿面的法線方向拉伸面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeli

16、然后選擇Apply第四關(guān)鍵點, X=4.75, Y=0.28, 然后選擇OK或用命令:K, ,2.5,0.5K, ,3.25,0.4K, ,4.0,0.33K, ,4.75,0.289.激活整體柱坐標(biāo)系: Utility Menu WorkPlane Change Active CS to Global Cylindrical或用命令:CSYS,1 10.創(chuàng)建一條線(由一系列關(guān)鍵點擬合一條樣條曲線): Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Lines Splines With Options Spline thru KPs順序拾取如圖形窗口所示的六個關(guān)鍵

(續(xù)): 輸入XV1 = 1 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 1 處的半徑) YV1 = 135 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 1 處的角度) XV6 = 1 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 6 處的半徑) YV6 = 45 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 6 處的角度)按OK或用命令:BSPLIN,5,6,7,21,24,22,1,135,1,45 11.通過關(guān)鍵點1和18創(chuàng)建一條直線 : Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Lines Lines Straight Lin
18、e拾取圖形窗口所示的兩個關(guān)鍵點, 然后選擇OK或用命令:LSTR, 1, 18 1st kp 2nd kp 12.打開線號,顯示線: Utility Menu PlotCtrls Numbering .設(shè)置 Line numbers為 “on”, 然后選擇OK Utility Menu Plot Lines或用命令:/PNUM,LINE,1LPLOT13.以6號、1號、7號、25號線為邊界創(chuàng)建一個新面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Areas Arbitrary By Lines拾取四條線 (6, 1, 7, 和 25), 然后選擇OK或用命令
