1、 Intended Uses 用途 經(jīng)拋丸或噴砂后的鋼材作保養(yǎng)底漆，保養(yǎng)期可達(dá)9-12可用作鍍鋅板的防腐涂料，此底漆成膜后防銹性能優(yōu)異，具有陰極保護(hù)作用，杰出的耐熱、耐油、耐水性、良好的附著力、在電焊切割時(shí)損傷很小，該涂層不影響焊接性能。 It is designed for application on grit or shot blasted steel as shop primer with 9-12 months of maintenance period. 11、 Safety Precautions 安全措施 This product should be used in painting area by perfessional operators. When painting , please refer to Product Data Sheet and MSDS. Consult our company if consumers could not completely understand the precautions for safety and health when a

12、pplying this product. This product is a kind of solvent-based paint .Inorder to avoid danger or accident, minimal safety precautions,as follow , should be down . The paint contains volatile solvent and is flammable . So must keep away from sparks and open flames.No smoking at applacation site ,Ef

13、fective precautions (such as using explosion-proof electrical equipments. No static electricity accumulation or metal collision etc) also should be done so as to avoid producting sparks .Flash point of paint , mentioned above on product Data sheet, is the lowest temperature at which mixture of the

14、volatile materails of paint can ignite or explode with air. Enough ventilation is necessary at application site. In order to remove any danger of explosion, must keep the ratio of gas to air is less than 10%, the minimum explosive limit in general, Therefore, 200m3 of ventilation quantuty per 1Kg so

15、lvent (according to the solvent ) is necessary. Product skin and eyes, and avoid touching with paints (Recommend to wear working clothes, gloves,eye protection, face masks barrier cream and so on ). Kif paint gets in touch with skin , wass fully with large amount of fresh water and soap or approp

16、riate commercial cleaner. In case of eyes being contaminated, rinse with fresh water for 10min at least and give medical treatment immediately. Recommend face guard with ventilation pipe for the sake of no absorption of paint fog and harmful solvent gas, especially in bad ventilation. Handle empty

17、 containers with care and do not bring about environmental contamination. 18、涂料為溶劑型涂料,為避免事故或危險(xiǎn)發(fā)生,應(yīng)采取最低限度的安全措施如下: 此涂料為易燃物,并含有揮發(fā)性易燃溶劑,,故必須遠(yuǎn)離火星和明火,嚴(yán)禁在作業(yè)場(chǎng)所吸煙,并采取有效措施,防止火星產(chǎn)生(如采用防爆電器設(shè)備,杜絕靜電積累,避免金屬撞擊等)本產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)中所列涂料及溶劑的閃點(diǎn)是引起燃燒的最低溫度. 施工場(chǎng)所應(yīng)盡量進(jìn)行通風(fēng)良好,為消除使用過(guò)程中的爆炸隱患,應(yīng)保證足夠的通風(fēng)量以維持氣體/空氣比例不超過(guò)最低爆炸極限的10%,通常每千克溶劑需要200立方米通風(fēng)量,(與溶劑種類相關(guān))就能維持最低爆炸極限10%的工作環(huán)境. 采取有效措施以防止皮膚和眼睛與涂料接觸(如使用工作服,手套,護(hù)目鏡,面罩及涂防護(hù)油等)如產(chǎn)品不慎接觸到皮膚,應(yīng)用溫水及肥皂或適當(dāng)?shù)墓I(yè)清潔劑徹底清洗,如眼睛受到污染,用清水沖洗至少10分鐘,并立即就醫(yī). 建議佩戴通風(fēng)面罩以避免吸入漆霧和有害溶劑氣體,尤其在通風(fēng)不良環(huán)境下施工時(shí),細(xì)心處理舊漆桶以免污染環(huán)境. 責(zé)任聲明: 對(duì)于未按本公司要求采取有效安全措施兒引起的安全事故,本公司不負(fù)任何責(zé)任. 來(lái)源
