41、.2、 研究的內(nèi)容和方法分析雙橫臂獨(dú)立式懸架的結(jié)構(gòu)和懸架設(shè)計(jì)要求，在懸架設(shè)計(jì)中，根據(jù)整車的布置要求以及經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，確定懸架的整體空間數(shù)據(jù)和性能參數(shù)，在ADAMSC件平臺(tái)上建立雙橫臂獨(dú)立懸架的簡(jiǎn)化物理模型，進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析，通過分析車輪垂直跳動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn) 動(dòng)與車輪前束角的變化等關(guān)系獲得相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，優(yōu)化相關(guān)參數(shù)，建立虛擬雙橫臂獨(dú)立選 件模型，并運(yùn)用Pro/E建立懸架三維物理模型。其具體路線如框圖1.1所示。調(diào)研，資料收集懸架結(jié)構(gòu)形式選擇 k各零件尺寸的計(jì)算不合格ADAMS建模、優(yōu)化Pro/E建模完成CAD圖圖1.1設(shè)計(jì)路線圖#r bk-elSeo normton m g-t- s r or co t o
