2、范GB50194-93； 2、施工現(xiàn)場臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)范JGJ46-2005； 3、建筑施工工程師手冊（第二版）； 4、施工總平圖及各種用電設(shè)備，施工工地環(huán)境重要條件及用電設(shè)備合適安裝的位置。 5、施工圖紙及甲方現(xiàn)場施工用能管理規(guī)定。 6、施工現(xiàn)場的特點(diǎn)：負(fù)荷變化大，環(huán)境重要條件差，用電設(shè)施多屬臨時(shí)設(shè)備，且移動頻繁。 7、保證施工現(xiàn)場的安全和工程質(zhì)量，同時(shí)節(jié)約電能，降低工程造價(jià)。 8、施工總平面圖及各種用電設(shè)備，施工工地環(huán)境條件及用電設(shè)備合適安裝的位置。二、工程概況本工程為”魚鳧新居”施工總承包工程地下室及1號樓，位于成都市溫江區(qū)泰康路與成溫邛高速輔道交匯處，該工程的范圍包括地下室、主體、裝

3、飾工程、水電安裝工程等四個(gè)階段布置。由地下室友1號樓組成，建筑面積約3.5萬。三、 臨時(shí)用電設(shè)計(jì)1、本工程臨時(shí)施工用電是由建設(shè)單位提供380/220總電源，總電源采用鎧裝鋁芯電纜（4240+1150）直埋引入1號樓工地臨時(shí)總配電室總柜，再由總配電室總柜分至各分配電箱以，分五個(gè)回路至各用電區(qū)，整個(gè)供電系統(tǒng)按照有關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對施工用電要求，現(xiàn)場實(shí)行三相五線制，保證施工用電安全。2、根據(jù)國家強(qiáng)制性作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（JGJ59-99）建筑施工安全檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和成都市的有關(guān)規(guī)定，工程臨時(shí)施工用電必須實(shí)行三級配電，二級保護(hù)。本工程臨時(shí)施工用電由總配電箱，分配電箱，用電設(shè)備開關(guān)箱三級配電組成，并由分配電箱和開關(guān)箱實(shí)現(xiàn)兩

6、1=590.9KW P2=473KVA P3=105.5KW P=1.05(0.6531.1/0.75+0.6236+901)=656.5KVA 請甲方提供相應(yīng)的安全電源，以滿足施工需要。3、動力、照明線路采用三相五線制配線，其截面選擇根據(jù)BLV持續(xù)允許電流表確定，電流量計(jì)算按下列公式計(jì)算： I線1=KP/（1.732U線COS） I：電流值 P：用電設(shè)備總需容量 U線：電壓 COS：功率因素一般取0.75,照明取0.7 K:所需系數(shù)0.6 根據(jù)回路計(jì)算 I線1=(0.6656.51000)/(1.7323800.75)=798(A)施工現(xiàn)場臨時(shí)用電需合理安排，錯開用電高峰期，以確保用電安全。

7、 主線線路選擇截面為4240+1150鎧裝鋁芯電纜從變電房沿地直埋至1號樓施工配電房，再從1號施工配電房分流至鋼筋房、木工房、塔吊、混凝土輸送泵以及生活區(qū)、辦公區(qū)照明等共分五個(gè)主回路用電區(qū)。五個(gè)主回路分別為：第一回路（P1）315KW 由1號配電室用BLV4150+195鋁芯電纜穿引至1號塔及施工電梯二級配電箱。第二回路（P2）200 KW由配電室用4120+170鋁芯導(dǎo)線穿DN100套管引至鋼筋房二級配電箱。第三回路（P3）90KW 由配電室用450+125銅芯電纜接入砼輸送泵控制箱。第四回路（P4）100KW 由配電室用470+135鋁芯電纜穿DN80套管引至2#、3#塔機(jī)配電箱。第五回路

8、（P5）50KW 由配電室用450+125鋁芯導(dǎo)線穿DN50套管引至辦公區(qū)、生活區(qū)總配電箱，再由總配電箱引至各分區(qū)。五、臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)及防火措施。（1）安裝、維護(hù)或拆除臨時(shí)用電設(shè)施必須由電工完成，電工等級應(yīng)與工程技術(shù)難易度相適應(yīng)。（2）電氣工作人員必備下列條件：a、經(jīng)醫(yī)師鑒定無妨礙工作的病癥；b、具備必要電器知識，并經(jīng)考試合格，熟悉電力安全操作規(guī)程；c、學(xué)會緊急救護(hù)法：觸電急救法和人工呼吸法。（3）在停電或部分停電的電氣設(shè)備工作必須完成下列措施：停電、驗(yàn)電、可裝設(shè)接地線、懸掛標(biāo)示盤和裝設(shè)遮欄，上述措施由值班人員執(zhí)行。對于無經(jīng)常值班人員的電氣設(shè)備由斷開電源的人執(zhí)行，并有監(jiān)護(hù)人在場。（4）接地線

9、必須使用專用的線，固定在導(dǎo)體上，嚴(yán)禁用纏繞的方式進(jìn)行接地。（5）在一經(jīng)合閘即可送電到工作地點(diǎn)的開關(guān)和刀閘的操作把手上應(yīng)懸掛“禁止合閘，線路有人工作”的標(biāo)示牌。（6）嚴(yán)禁在工作中移動或拆除遮欄、接地線和標(biāo)示牌。（7）低壓帶電工作應(yīng)設(shè)專人監(jiān)護(hù)，并使用絕緣工具執(zhí)行，安全操作規(guī)程規(guī)定人體不得同時(shí)接觸兩根線頭。（8）電氣設(shè)備滅火措施:首先將有關(guān)設(shè)備的電氣切斷，然后進(jìn)行救火。對帶電設(shè)備應(yīng)使用干式滅火器、氧化碳滅火器或四氧化碳滅火器等滅火，不得使用泡沫滅火器滅火，對用油設(shè)備應(yīng)使用泡沫滅火器或干燥砂子滅火。（9）觸電急救:首先切斷電源，使觸電者與電源脫離接觸，若觸電者已停止呼吸，應(yīng)立即對觸電者進(jìn)行人工呼吸并立

10、即請醫(yī)院醫(yī)生急救，在進(jìn)行人工呼吸必須使觸電者恢復(fù)到自然呼吸為止，除確診死亡外，中途不得停頓。（10）建立臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)檔案。a、臨時(shí)用電施工組織設(shè)計(jì)資料；b、修改臨時(shí)用電施工組織設(shè)計(jì)資料；c、臨時(shí)用電安全、技術(shù)交底；d、臨時(shí)用電工程檢查驗(yàn)收表；e、接地電阻測定記錄表；f、定期檢（復(fù)）查表；g、電工維修工作記錄；h、實(shí)行施工負(fù)載（電流、有功、無功負(fù)載或電度）記錄。六、施工現(xiàn)場供電設(shè)施的安裝和維護(hù)（1）施工現(xiàn)場配電線路的布置應(yīng)符合以下要求：a安全供電應(yīng)符合配線工程的規(guī)范和技術(shù)要求；b線路應(yīng)盡量架設(shè)在道路一側(cè)，不得妨礙交通。（2）施工現(xiàn)場所有用電設(shè)備，除有保護(hù)接零外，還必須在設(shè)備支線的首端設(shè)置漏電

11、保護(hù)裝置。（3）根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況，穿過施工道路的線路采用BLV鋁芯塑料線穿DN100鋼管明敷。配管時(shí)，首先檢查鋼管有無毛刺，裂縫，不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不能使用。（4）架空線路敷設(shè)：a線路、器材除要求取得質(zhì)量合格證外，施工前進(jìn)行外觀檢查，木質(zhì)電桿、導(dǎo)線、絕緣等應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求，不得有缺陷。b電桿的埋設(shè)必須根據(jù)施工平面布置圖，進(jìn)行測量放線工作，施工測量結(jié)束后，進(jìn)行桿坑的挖掘，按施工規(guī)范進(jìn)行埋設(shè)；c導(dǎo)線架設(shè)必須按規(guī)范施工，跨越物與導(dǎo)線的距離必須符合安全用電的最小安全距離；d導(dǎo)線敷設(shè)采用三相五線制，A、B、C三相相線、工作零線、保護(hù)零線應(yīng)分色。（5）瓷夾、瓷柱在安裝前應(yīng)檢查其外觀質(zhì)量，發(fā)現(xiàn)破裂者不得使用，配線時(shí)瓷柱

12、、瓷夾板應(yīng)固定牢。（6）用電設(shè)備的安裝，安裝前應(yīng)開箱檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題應(yīng)即時(shí)處理，電動機(jī)的金屬外殼應(yīng)可靠接零或接地。（7）在地下室和樓層每層設(shè)置配電箱1個(gè)，照明線路的敷設(shè)應(yīng)符合臨時(shí)照明規(guī)范。由專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行操作、維護(hù)、管理。（8）絕緣測試，通電試驗(yàn)。a導(dǎo)線絕緣測試先干線后支線，按各回路測試并做好記錄，電阻值不小于0.5兆歐為合格。b通電試驗(yàn)：每個(gè)開關(guān)動作靈敏并做好用電設(shè)備啟動試驗(yàn)記錄。（9）臨時(shí)用電設(shè)備，電氣設(shè)備的維修必須注意，在保證安全的情況下進(jìn)行維修，應(yīng)定期對電氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查和維修，并作好維修記錄。（10）各樓層電力干線采用BLV470+150穿DN80套管引上，操作時(shí)應(yīng)符合規(guī)范要求。 以上臨時(shí)

13、用電設(shè)計(jì)圖附后。臨時(shí)用水方案一、水源從業(yè)主提供的給水點(diǎn)直接接表。二、供水方式由于該工程最高處78米，城市自來水管網(wǎng)水壓不能夠達(dá)到則采取水泵加壓輸送。三、待主體完工后，屋頂水箱安裝就位后，此時(shí)供水方式為水泵加壓供水到水箱，再由水箱供水的方式。四、水用量計(jì)算：本工程砼采用輸送泵輸送，生產(chǎn)用水主要是砼的養(yǎng)護(hù)和裝飾階段的砂漿拌制，用水量較大，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況，查施工用水參考定額，由總工程量進(jìn)度安排計(jì)算如下：（1）施工現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)用水量:用水量250L/S。根據(jù)計(jì)算公式(其中K1=1.1,K2=1.5)：Q1=K1K2SQ1N1/(83600)=1.11.5602503/(83600)=2.57(L/S)（

14、2）施工現(xiàn)場生活用水量：施工現(xiàn)場每天高峰人數(shù)為350人，其用水量每人每天20L。Q2=P1N2K3/（83600）=350201.3/（83600）=0.32（L/S）（3）消防用水量：按規(guī)定Q3=10（L/S）（4）施工總用水量:由于Q1+Q2Q3，故Q=10(L/S)（5）管徑計(jì)算：場外水源點(diǎn)至場內(nèi)施工區(qū)干線的管徑：D=0.08（m）V：流速取2.0升/秒。故甲方應(yīng)提供的一根DN80供水管才可滿足施工需要，并根據(jù)施工總平布置，把水頭引至各用水點(diǎn)。生活區(qū)干線管徑：D=（4Q2/pV1000）=0.010(m)生活用水管徑采用DN50(mm)。（6）供水支管：生產(chǎn)用水每層接出DN25支管，設(shè)2
