二、開題報告完成情況:
根據(jù)自己在各方面資料的收集和整理,通過對可行性的分析,結合老師給的題目的選擇,我完成了這次設計的選題。在選題結束之后,通過自己認真查閱相關的資料,最后結合本身的實際情況和設計的時間任務完成了開題報告。
三、階段性成果:
1、通過對單梁橋式起重機的了解,再加上老師對我們的講解,算是對單梁橋式起重機有了一個大概的了解。前期階段主要是對有關于單梁橋式起重機的各方面的文獻和資料進行搜集,為設計以后的設計做了必要的準備。
2、中期階段主要是依據(jù)參考資料,從上面找到一些關于關于單梁橋式起重機的信息,首先對其零部件有了大致的了解,其次是已有了大概的設計方法,并開始了一些基本的結構設計。
3、正在進行CAD畫圖和設計說明書。
四、存在主要問題:
由于這是我第一次單獨進行單梁橋式起重機總體設計,所以剛開始進展的并不是很順利。而我對這方面的知識掌握比較少,所以需要在圖書館和網上查找更多的相關資料,對有關起重機的知識進行更深入的了解。不過我堅信,只要自己努力和在指導老師的指引下,我能把各方面的問題逐個擊破,最終順利完成畢業(yè)設計。

一、 選題的目的和意義:
目的:隨著社會經濟和科學技術的日新月異,起重機的應用領域不斷加寬,起重機的種類層出不窮。制造廠和裝卸作業(yè)廠所逐漸轉向室內,使橋式起重機占了主導地位。最典型簡便并且實用性強的要數(shù)電動單梁橋式起重機。它對于發(fā)展國民經濟,改善人們的事物、文化生活的需要都起著重要的作用。一些企業(yè)由于沒有起重機械,不僅工作效率低,勞動強度大,甚至難以工作。
意義:由于單梁橋式起重機主要用于室內移動噸位數(shù)相對較小的重物,它的制造簡單,制造成本相對較低,主要由機械部分和電氣部分組成,其中機械部分主要由一個單主梁和兩個端梁組成,電氣部分主要是外購件電動葫蘆。比起其他起重機花費的成本要小很多,但是它的功能絕不亞于其他起重機。當室內跨度較大,而移動的重物相對較小,移動速度需求較快時就必須優(yōu)先考慮單梁橋式起重機。但是由于各戶需求的跨度和最大起重量等條件個不相同,為了既滿足客戶需求又能使起重機公司獲利,實現(xiàn)雙贏,所以有必要對單梁橋式起重機不斷的進行探索和改進。通過畢業(yè)設計,能從各個方面綜合考查大學四年所學過的專業(yè)知識。能代表機械選型設計的一般過程??梢蚤_闊視野,提高我們的解決問題和分析問題的能力,以及提高綜合運用理論知識的能力;通過此次畢業(yè)設計,更能激發(fā)學習和探索問題的興趣,為未來的學習和工作打下良好的基礎;通過此次的畢業(yè)設計,我們可以把學過的課本知識在設計工作中綜合地加以應用,使這些知識得到鞏固和發(fā)展;通過畢業(yè)設計,能夠初步培養(yǎng)我們對機械設計的獨立工作能力,為以后進行設計工作打下良好的基礎;通過畢業(yè)設計,我們能夠熟練應用有關參考資料、計算圖表、手冊;熟悉有關的國家標準和部頒標準,以完成一個工程技術人員在機械設計方面所必須具備的基本技能訓練。
二、 國內外研究綜述:

隨著我國基礎設施建設的刺激發(fā)展和城市化建設的推進,起重機械的市場需求不斷升溫,應用領域不斷擴大。近年來我國的起重機遇發(fā)展良機,市場空間巨大,國內眾多企業(yè)為了爭奪國內起重機械市場,不斷改進,升級,研發(fā)出性價比較高,適應國情的產品,加上維修成本低,速度快等優(yōu)點,國產起重機械逐漸受到廣大用戶的認可。
由于工業(yè)生產規(guī)模的不斷擴大,生產效率日益提高,以及產品生產過程中物料裝卸搬運費用。相較于國外研究橋式起重機主梁金屬結構的健康 和疲勞狀況, 國對于橋式起重機的安全檢測主要體 現(xiàn)在: 通過使用不同的檢測方法, 完成對起重機主梁一 系列安全參數(shù)的逐項檢測。 橋式起重機安全參數(shù)主要 為: 主梁上拱度、 上翹 度、 撓度、 下 靜剛 度 等。早期 主要 采 用拉 鋼 絲測 量 法 、 水準儀法 等; 目前主要采用光學儀器測量法, 如經緯儀法、 全站儀法、 激光 準直儀法及激光 測距儀法。

三、 畢業(yè)設計(論文)所用的主要技術與方法:
主要技術:運用了理論力學和材料力學中的有關力的分析和計算,例如剛度,強度,可行性,載荷的分析,扭轉力矩等的分析與計算。采用機械圖形設計軟件AutoCAD2007 進行繪圖,借助相關資料,結合大學所學知識來完成畢業(yè)設計。
方法:首先對產品進行總體設計,確定系統(tǒng)的要求,選擇工作原理;其次,計算和確定主要尺寸,繪制部件裝配圖和總圖;最后,繪制全部零件工作圖,編寫說明書。如果設計的過程中如果發(fā)現(xiàn)遺漏我還會及時補充上去。
