摘 要
本文主要論述了柴油機(jī)連桿的加工工藝及其夾具設(shè)計。因?yàn)檫B桿是活塞式發(fā)動機(jī)和壓縮機(jī)的主要零件之一,其大頭孔與曲軸連接,小頭孔通過活塞銷與活塞連接,其作用是將活塞的氣體壓力傳送給曲軸,又收曲軸驅(qū)動而帶動活塞壓縮汽缸中的氣體。連桿承受的是沖擊動載荷,因此要求連桿質(zhì)量小,強(qiáng)度高。所以在安排工藝過程時,按照“先基準(zhǔn)后一般”的加工原則。連桿的主要加工表面為大小頭孔和兩端面,較重要的加工表面為連桿體和蓋的結(jié)合面及螺栓孔定位面。 在夾具設(shè)計方面也要針對連桿結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)比較小,設(shè)計應(yīng)時應(yīng)注意夾具體結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的大小等,最終就能達(dá)到零件的理想要求!

Abstract
The diesel connecting rod treating handicraft the main body of a book has been discussed mainly and their grip design. The connecting rod main part processes a surface being that head hole and both ends big or small are weak, more important faying face and bolt hole locating surface being the connecting rod body and cover treating outside. Also should be comparatively small specifically for connecting rod structure characteristic in the field of grip design , design that the size should pay attention to gripping the concrete structure dimension of the season waits, the ideal being therefore likely to reach a part ultimately demands!
