When you achieve your goals such as running business successfully, getting a car and living in a big house, you will be happy. Then you need to set new goals and achieve them to feel fulfilled. Happiness is positive attitude towards life. If you choose to find the positive in almost every situation you will be pleased and happy. For instance, when one has the bad habits which endanger his health such as smoking, drinking or gambling, he can get rid of the habits in order to become healthy. It may well be a long process. In struggling for this goal, his attitude towards the bad habits becomes crucial.
