<p>蝸輪減速器箱體零件的工藝規(guī)程及銑上平面、鏜40和35孔夾具設(shè)計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含7張CAD圖紙+帶過程工序卡片】-jjsj22</p><p>蝸輪減速器箱體零件的工藝規(guī)程及銑上平面、鏜40和35孔夾具設(shè)計【兩套夾具】【含7張圖紙】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>這次設(shè)計涉及機械制造工藝和機床夾具設(shè)計,金屬切削機床,公差,協(xié)調(diào)和測量等諸多方面的知識。</p><p> 蝸輪減速器箱體零件的工藝規(guī)劃和夾具設(shè)計包括加工工藝設(shè)計,工序設(shè)計和夾具設(shè)計三部分。在過程設(shè)計中應(yīng)首先了解零件的分析過程,然后設(shè)計毛坯結(jié)構(gòu),并選擇好加工零件的定位基準(zhǔn),設(shè)計零件的工藝路線;然后對零件各個工步的工序進(jìn)行尺寸計算,再通過機械加工工藝簡明速查手冊找到對應(yīng)刀具及切削三要素進(jìn)行查填入工藝卡片;然后設(shè)計專門的夾具,先設(shè)計出夾具體,然后再設(shè)計每一個相關(guān)的零件,如定位元件,夾緊元件,導(dǎo)向元件,然后再畫出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,計算夾具定位產(chǎn)生的定位誤差,找到指導(dǎo)老師幫助分析合理性夾具結(jié)構(gòu)不足,進(jìn)而注重未來設(shè)計的改進(jìn)。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:蝸輪減速器箱體 工藝 夾具 定位 夾緊 誤差</p><p>Abstract</p><p>This design relates to the mechanical manufacturing process and fixture design, metal cutting machine, tolerances, and coordinate measurement and many other aspects of knowledge.</p><p>Including the design process planning and fixture design of worm gear reducer box parts, process design and fixture design in three parts.
