摘要
機(jī)械手是一種模擬人類操作的自動(dòng)機(jī)器,能按規(guī)定的程序掌握和處理物體或工具,完成一定的操作。工業(yè)機(jī)械手通常作為機(jī)床的附加設(shè)備,如在自動(dòng)機(jī)床或自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線上裝卸和轉(zhuǎn)移工件,在加工中心更換
2、工具。專用機(jī)床上進(jìn)行深孔鏜孔的裝卸工業(yè)機(jī)械手,可以完成工件的裝卸,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)床的自動(dòng)化,提高生產(chǎn)效率。傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械手自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)由繼電器接觸器控制組成,故障多,可靠性差,使用壽命短,維護(hù)困難。隨著PLC的普及和改進(jìn),以及PLC本身的高可靠性和易于編程修改,使用PLC控制工業(yè)機(jī)械手將取得良好的效果。PLC已成為市場(chǎng)上成熟的產(chǎn)品。本文采用PLC控制工業(yè)機(jī)械手,給出了基于PLC的工業(yè)機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合工業(yè)機(jī)械手的基本原理和工作流程,完成工業(yè)機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)的總體框架,給出其軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案。
