Unit 3 My room Period 1 一、 教學(xué)目標(biāo): 1) 語言知識(shí)目標(biāo):能識(shí)別熟記單詞bed, pillow, door,window, clock, lamp,black, white, 能對(duì)離自己距離不同的物品進(jìn)行提問,并能運(yùn)用所學(xué)單詞描述房間的物品及其顏色。(句型What’s that? It’s a … .) 2) 語言技能目標(biāo):能夠聽懂會(huì)說本單元句型,并能運(yùn)用這些句子進(jìn)行日常對(duì)話。 3) 情感態(tài)度目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,樂學(xué)愛學(xué)英語,并能參與活動(dòng),與他人合作,愿意在日常生活中運(yùn)用英語交流。 二、 教學(xué)重點(diǎn):能識(shí)別熟記單詞bed, pillow, door,window, clock, lamp, black, white, 三、 教學(xué)難點(diǎn): 1. 能運(yùn)用What’s that?及其答語It’s a/an +顏色+物體。 2. 掌握新單詞 red, black, 的讀音。和讓學(xué)生清楚的知道What’s this? 和 What’s that ? 的區(qū)別。 四、 教學(xué)步驟 Step1 Warming up 1 Greetings. T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Miss Huang T: How are you? Ss: Fine, thank you, and you? T: I’m fine, too. Thank you. 2.Sing the song.( Red, yellow, blue and green.) 3. Revise the colors. And what is this ? What color is it ? 1)T:B and G, play attention. (拿起一本課本)問:What’s this? 然后幫助學(xué)生一起回答:It’s a book. 可以再提問幾個(gè)學(xué)生。 2)然后指著近處的桌子問學(xué)生:What is this? 提問學(xué)生,回答:It is a desk.然后再問他:What color is it ? 回答:It’s yellow. 再重復(fù)問一遍:What’s this? 提示學(xué)生回答:It’s a yellow desk. Step2 Lead in and Show the title. 1.(師指著遠(yuǎn)處的凳子問學(xué)生)What’s that? Who can tell me .提示學(xué)生可以像剛才那樣答:It’s a yellow chair. 2. 在黑板上板書:What’s that? It’s a yellow chair. 3. T:出示紅色蘋果卡片What’s this?(指名回答) S: It’s an apple. T: 當(dāng)詢問比較遠(yuǎn)的物體呢?What’s that? (學(xué)生跟讀) 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答It’s a/an +物體。 T: 隨機(jī)指著遠(yuǎn)處的桌子問學(xué)生:What’s that?(排火車問答,擴(kuò)大參與面) 4. Show the title. 1)Tell a story. T: Boys and girls, do you like story? Ss: Yes. T:I’ll tell you a story about Gogo. (師在CAI上出示這些圖) 我們都知道Gogo來自另外一個(gè)星球,今天,Gogo’s brother 要來地球上看望Gogo, So Gogo is very happy. Now, he’s waiting at the door. (Gogo一大早就在門前等候了。同學(xué)們,你們想知道Gogo的弟弟喜歡Gogo的房子嗎?原來,Gogo的弟弟第一次來到地球上,對(duì)很多東西都不認(rèn)識(shí),我們看看接下來發(fā)生什么事。Look,Gogo’s brother is flying from the sky. Gogo is going to take him in the house。這時(shí),弟弟看到上面的窗戶就問:“What’s that?”Gogo 回答:It’s a window.弟弟馬上想從窗戶飛進(jìn)去,可Gogo說地球人都從門走進(jìn)去。弟弟朝著Gogo指的門問:“What? What’s that?”“It’s a door. It’s a brown door.”進(jìn)去后,弟弟說“I’m so tired.” Then Gogo take him to the bedroom. 房間很黑,(Gogo says “It’s black. Let me turn on the lamp.”“What’s that?”“It’s a lamp”Now, the wall is white.接著弟弟跳上了床,蹦了幾下,奇怪地問:“What’s that?”“It’s a bed. And that is a pillow. Hey, dear brother. ”這時(shí)弟弟已經(jīng)在床上睡著了。 鈴鈴鈴……,“What’s that?”“Sorry,brother. It’s a clock.”Look at this. It’s my room What can you see in the room? 2)請(qǐng)學(xué)生描述房間里有什么,教師再用英語描述一次,問學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)幾個(gè)單詞。 3)T: Do you want to know how to say these things in English? Hey, class! Today we’ ll learn Unit 3 My room. Step 3 Presentation 1. T: (屏幕出現(xiàn)一張床)Look, What’ s that? Ss:(幫助回答) It’ s a bed.(屏幕顯示單詞,領(lǐng)讀數(shù)遍) Ss跟讀,齊讀,拿卡片請(qǐng)學(xué)生讀。 T: What color is it? Ss: It’ s red. T: Yes, it’s a red .(帶讀數(shù)遍) (讓學(xué)生聯(lián)系“red”的發(fā)音學(xué)拼“bed”。) 2. T: Now, what’s on the bed? It’ s a……(鼠標(biāo)指著床上的枕頭) Ss:枕頭。 T: How to say. It’ s a pillow.(拿卡片帶讀單詞) What color is it? It’s a red pillow. T: (屏幕出現(xiàn)另一個(gè)白色枕頭)What color is that? Ss: 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生答出. It’s a white pillow.(屏幕出現(xiàn)“white pillow”領(lǐng)讀數(shù)遍,學(xué)生跟讀,請(qǐng)個(gè)別讀)利用身邊的其他事物操練“white”。 3.通過顏色的復(fù)習(xí)教師出示黑色的枕頭問 What color is it ?引出black) 4.出示Ms. Black和Mary White提問:Who’s she?同時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生區(qū)分white 與 White,black 與Black 5. T: Any other things? (屏幕出現(xiàn)一臺(tái)燈)What’ s that? Ss: It’s a lamp. (屏幕顯示單詞,領(lǐng)讀數(shù)遍,學(xué)生跟讀,請(qǐng)小組讀)It’s a pink lamp. 6. T: Look at next, (屏幕出現(xiàn)一個(gè)鬧鐘)What’s that? Ss: It’s a green window.學(xué)習(xí)pillow后讓學(xué)生聯(lián)系“pillow”的ow發(fā)音學(xué)拼“window” 。(領(lǐng)讀數(shù)遍,學(xué)生跟讀,請(qǐng)個(gè)別讀) 9.滾雪球繼續(xù)操練單詞,打開課本聽錄音跟讀,然后四 人小組學(xué)習(xí)。 10.教師從雜志上剪下一些room的圖片,發(fā)給各小組。用圖畫卡片呈現(xiàn)新單詞,T:What’s that? S: It’s a bed. (依次window, pillow, door, clock, lamp)(開火車問答,擴(kuò)大參與面) 11.出示一張床的圖片T:What’s that?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出It’s a yellow bed.( 依次window, pillow, door, clock, lamp) 12.從而引出目標(biāo)答語:It’s a/an +顏色+物體。(板書) 13. Pair work: What’s that? It’s a blue…. Is that a blue…? Yes, it is.\No, it isn’t. It’s a yellow…. 14Listen and repeat. 15.Play the CAI and have Ss repeat each word. Step 3 : Consolidation 1.就單詞圖片展開單詞游戲:搶讀單詞、看圖猜詞、換寶 2.Pair work: Ask and answer (同桌互助,解答疑惑) Review the target language using real objects in the classroom. For example, point to the clock in the room and say What’s that? Ss answer It’s a (white) clock. Then point to the door? Ss answer: Yes, it is. /No, it isn’t. Put Ss in pairs to talk about the colors and the objects in the room. 3.Act out (開火車展示交流,全體參與) 4. 打開學(xué)生書本P23 Look, ask and answer. 1)Put the Ss into pairs. 2)T: Ask your partner questions. Answer in complete sentences. 3)叫學(xué)生上臺(tái)提問,臺(tái)下學(xué)生答。 Step4 Summary: T: Boys and girls what have we learnt today? Ss: We have learnt the new words and to ask What’s that? and the answer. T: Yes, you’re so clever. Step6: Homework 1. Read and copy the new words four times. 2. Ask your parents, brother or sister What’s that? Writing on the board: Unit 3 My room A:What’s that? It’s ….Is that a/an…?Yes, it is . No, it isn’t. 三、難點(diǎn):能熟練運(yùn)用What’s that? It’s ….Is that a/an…?Yes, it is . No, it isn’t. 四、 教學(xué)步驟 Step1 Warming up 1 Greetings. 師生自由對(duì)話。如Hello! Hi! What’ your name? How old are you? Nice to meet you! What’ this? 等日常用語。 2.Sing a song: Red, yellow, blue and green. 3.游戲——Magic eyes (火眼金睛) 教師將卡片快速閃過,學(xué)生說出卡片上的單詞,卡片閃過的速度逐漸加快。分組進(jìn)行比賽。 T: What’s that? S1: It’s a bed. T: What’s that? S2: It’s a... 在游戲的過程中板書句型,并帶讀。然后讓學(xué)得快的同學(xué)當(dāng)“小老師”,展示圖片,并用“What’s that?”提問。 Step2 Lead in and presentation 1. T: Now, what’s on the bed?(鼠標(biāo)指著床上的枕頭) Ss:It’ s a pillow. T: What color is it? Ss: It’s a red pillow. T: Is this a red pillow? Ss: Yes, it is. T:(屏幕出現(xiàn)另一個(gè)白色枕頭)Is that a red pillow? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生答出 Ss: No, it isn’t. It’s a white pillow. T: Is that a pink/white/red lamp?(提問學(xué)生)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用 Ss: Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.來回答。 2. Pair work 讓學(xué)生利用實(shí)物運(yùn)用句子Is that a…? Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.進(jìn)行操練。 3.打開書本利用書本Activity1的圖進(jìn)行操練習(xí)。再叫學(xué)生扮演小老師進(jìn)行提問。 4. Learn Target 1)Point to the first picture of Gogo and Tony and model this dialog. 2)Point to the second picture of Gogo and Tony and model the dialog. Do the same for the third picture. 3)Show the Target by CAI. 4) Open and read the Target again. 5) Pole play. 5. Learn chant. 1) Point to the pictures. Ask Ss what they are. 2) Show the chant by CAI. 3) Chant together. T: Boys and girls look at the screen and listen carefully.(把 歌播放一邊) This time ,let’s sing the song after the computer.然后教學(xué)生唱兩遍 4) Divide Ss into groups. One group chants the Statements. 5. Learn Practice1. 1)Point to the picture A and ask Ss questions about it. 2)T: What’s Gogo pointing to? Is it a bed? What color is it? 3)Generate responses and do the same for the other pictures. 4)T: Listen. 5) Play the CAI for number 1 and then pause. 6)T: Which picture is it? Is it B? Is it A? 7)While Ss ate responding, gradually move your hand to Picture A. 8)Continue with the other three, pausing after each one so Ss can repeat the dialog and write the numbers. Step3: Consolidation 1)Review the target language using real objects in the classroom. For example, point to the clock in the room and say What’s that? Ss answer It’s a (white) clock. Then point to the door? Ss answer Yes, it is. /No, it isn’t. Put Ss in pairs to talk about the colors and the objects in the room. 2.Play a guessing game. 教師將圖片放在背后,讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用句子Is that a …? 來猜,然后讓學(xué)生來扮演小老師。 Step 4: Summary: Summary what have we learnt today Steps5: Homework 1.聽21頁 vocabulary and Target錄音跟讀3-5遍(家長(zhǎng)簽名) 2.每個(gè)同學(xué)回去設(shè)計(jì)一間房間,并在該房間的物品上標(biāo)上顏 色和名稱(英文)。 3.回家用英語向家人或朋友介紹自己房間里的東西。 Writing on the board: What’s that? (板書) 4. 教師運(yùn)用CAI快速閃動(dòng)Vocabulary的圖片,師問:What’s that?讓學(xué)生猜:Is that a …? Step 3 Presentation 1.Show the story 1)T: Which picture has a red chair? [Ss: Number 2.] That’s right. Number 2. Where is the green pencil? [Ss: Number 4.] 2)T: Let’s listen together. 3)Play the CAI one time and have Ss repeat after it. 4)T: Get into two groups. One plays Gogo and the other plays Tony. Are you ready? 5)Model the role playing once with a volunteer. 6)Play the tape, pausing after each line so Ss can repeat. 2. Practice 2 1)Walk around the room asking Ss questions about items in the classroom. Move around the room quickly and ask questions quickly to keep Ss focused. 2)T: (Point to a window.) Is that a window? What’s that? Is it a blue lamp? 3)Elicit and model responses if necessary. 4)T: Now, listen and answer the questions. 5)Play the CAI and have Ss answer questions. 6)After listening and answering questions, encourage Ss to ask these four questions to other Ss in pairs or small groups. 3. 完成Activity 2 1)T: Look at the pictures. Color them with your markers (crayons). 2)Tell Ss not to let anyone see what colors they are coloring the various items. 3)Circulate around the classroom and check how Ss are doing. 4)Put Ss in pairs and have them ask each other questions to find out what colors their partners used. Model the activity with one pair first. 5Divide the class into two or more groups. Assign each group different lines from the chant. Start chanting with groups only their assigned lines. Play the conductor to cue the Ss when to start chanting. Speed up and slow down the tempo for fun. Step3: Consolidation 1. In pairs, S1 closes his/her eyes. S2 spins the SB around, takes S1’s finger and places it on a picture. S1 tries to guess what it is, e. g. It’s a (pink bed).
