Warming up1. GreetingT: Good afternoon, boys and girls.Ss: Good afternoon, Miss Lv.2. RevisionT:Can you count from one to ten? Ss: one, two, threeten.T: One is the first number. Two is the? number (引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出1到10的序數(shù)詞)T: 像one, two, three, four這樣表示數(shù)目的詞叫做基數(shù)詞,first, second, third這樣的詞叫做序數(shù)詞。Step2. Ms. Brown will show them around the school. Now open your book and turn to page 50. Read after the record. T: Look at the first paragraph. Where are the rooms?”2.請(qǐng)學(xué)生帶著問題自讀課文,然后根據(jù)課文內(nèi)容完成下列表格:Room FloorSchool Libraryon the first floorTeachers Officeson the second floorLabson the ninth floor3.教學(xué)詞組:teachers office。(1)出示單詞officer來教學(xué)單詞office和offices。(2)出示Teachers Day和teachers office,請(qǐng)學(xué)生讀一讀,然后復(fù)習(xí)名詞所有格的表達(dá)方法,并拓展操練,如:the teachers offices,the police offices等。T: Well study physics at middle school. 4.教學(xué)單詞:physics,lab和study。(1)教師出示圖片和卡片教學(xué)lab,并出示學(xué)??茖W(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的圖片,請(qǐng)學(xué)生嘗試說一說science lab。(2)教師出示物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的圖片,告訴學(xué)生:“This is a physics lab.We will study physics at middle school.”教師在黑板上板書study physics和physics lab,并教學(xué)。5.請(qǐng)學(xué)生看表格說句子:Our school library is on the first floor.Our teachers offices are on the second floor.Our physics labs are on the ninth floor.(三)熟讀課文1.請(qǐng)學(xué)生看課本第50頁,教師播放課文錄音或多媒體教學(xué)光盤二至三遍,學(xué)生模仿跟讀。2.給學(xué)生一些時(shí)間,熟讀課文內(nèi)容,遇到疑難處可向同學(xué)或老師請(qǐng)教。3.請(qǐng)幾位學(xué)生站起來示范讀對(duì)話。(四)鞏固練習(xí)1.完成課本第54頁的Learn to write.部分。(1)學(xué)生獨(dú)自完成練習(xí),教師巡視指導(dǎo)和幫助學(xué)生。(2)請(qǐng)三名學(xué)生在黑板上寫出答案,全班學(xué)生核對(duì)。(五)語音學(xué)習(xí)1.學(xué)生翻開課本第51頁,教師播放Listen and learn the English sounds.部分的錄音,學(xué)生模仿跟讀二至三遍。2.教師請(qǐng)學(xué)生自己讀一讀這十個(gè)單詞,仔細(xì)體會(huì)這些單詞中紅色字體的字母組合的發(fā)音,然后請(qǐng)幾位學(xué)生說一說。3.請(qǐng)同學(xué)們一起努力,找出更多和表中所列出的單詞有相同讀音規(guī)則的單詞。如:al: ball,wall,smallau: autumnor: sport,morningStep 4 Extension綜合活動(dòng):“小小迎賓員”。1.完成課本第51頁的Ask and answer.部分。(1)教師出示表格中所有教室的詞組卡片,先請(qǐng)學(xué)生讀一讀,然后將卡片按順序發(fā)給學(xué)生,如:第一組第一桌的兩個(gè)學(xué)生拿Reading-rooms的卡片,第二桌的兩個(gè)學(xué)生拿Teachers Offices的卡片,以此類推。(2)教師播放錄音,全班學(xué)生模仿跟讀。(3)全班學(xué)生練習(xí),如:一位學(xué)生隨機(jī)提出問題:“Where are the classrooms for Grade 8?”第四桌持有Classrooms for Grade 8卡片的兩個(gè)學(xué)生就要立即起立說:“They are on the fourth floor.”2.“小小迎賓員”活動(dòng)。(1)教師先示范如下:Im a teacher of No.1 Middle School. Welcome to our school. Ill show you around our school.Look.These are our reading-rooms.(指著第一桌學(xué)生的卡片)They are on the first floor. This is my office.(指著第二桌學(xué)生的卡片)Its on the second floor. (2)請(qǐng)學(xué)生四人一小組,先給自己要介紹的中學(xué)取個(gè)校名,然后準(zhǔn)備“小小迎賓員”要說的話。(3)推舉一位學(xué)生當(dāng)“小小迎賓員”,帶著小組內(nèi)的其余三位學(xué)生開始表演活動(dòng)。Step 5 Homework1.聽錄音,熟讀本課內(nèi)容。2.完成活動(dòng)手冊(cè)中本課的練習(xí)。3.查詢初中所有的學(xué)習(xí)科目和初中與小學(xué)不同的教室,借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,將它們用英語寫出來。
