Model the words and have the children repeat them after you.Review the flashcard for animals.Have the children look at the pictures at the top of the page. Then point to each picture in turn and elicit the correct word.Play the tape and have the children touch the matching pictures.Replay the tape. Stop the tape after each phrase and have the children repeat the phrase.Play the tape again without stopping. Review，復習準備學生學過的動物的教學卡片。給學生展示，讓學生說出動物的名稱。拿出鴨子的卡片，用一張白紙蓋住畫面。每次露出一點畫面，讓學生猜是什么動物。用同樣的方法完成其余的動物卡片。2.一起說學生用書第18頁讓學生翻開書第18頁，看本頁上部的圖。問學生Tommy心里想的是什么。引導回答：“A duck.”告訴學生Tommy和Peter正在玩一個游戲。Peter試著猜出Tommy心里想的動物。把這一頁展示給學生。指著Tommy的對話框，邊讀邊指每個單詞。讓學生重復，并在書上指出每個單詞。用同樣的方法完成Peter的對話框。讓學生看右邊的問題和回答。和學生一起朗讀每個問題，引導學生說出答案。在黑板上畫一只鳥.一只烏龜和一只猴子。依次指每一幅圖，讓學生說出動物的英語名稱。告訴學生現(xiàn)在你心里正在想其中一只動物，看他們能否猜出是什么。學生必須用英語問問題，告訴學生你只回答：“Yes，it is.”或“No，it isnt.”學生繼續(xù)提問問題，直到猜出正確的動物。再從黑板上選一種動物，用同樣的方法進行游戲。把學生分成兩人一組。其中一個學生心里想一種書上列出的動物，另一個學生試著猜是什么動物。讓學生互換角色，使每個學生都有機會提問和回答問題。 3.聽一聽，標順序?qū)W生用書第18頁讓學生翻開書第18頁，把這一頁展示給學生。指每一幅圖讓學生說出名稱。例如：“Whats this?”“Its a small bear.”告訴學生他們將聽到一句話，他們根據(jù)聽到的錄音找出對應(yīng)的圖。放錄音，讓學生指對應(yīng)的圖。再放一遍錄音，每句話之后停頓，讓學生給圖標出正確的順序號。全班一起跟讀句子。4.描一描，寫一寫學生用書第19頁讓學生翻開書第19頁。把這一頁展示給學生。讓學生看第一幅圖，指著小女孩問：“Is she a tall girl?”引導回答：“No，shes a short girl.”讀對話框里的句子，讓學生跟讀。問學生少哪個單詞。引出short。讓學生描出正確的單詞，再抄寫在對話框中，補全句子。用同樣的方法完成其余圖和單詞。5.布置作業(yè)讓學生完成第19頁的抄寫并涂上顏色。
