2019-2020年四年級(jí)英語下冊 unit6 lesson4教案 人教pep Teaching Aims : 1. Be able to listen, say, recognize the main words: tomato, cucumber, potato, onion, carrot and their plural forms. 2. Be able to introduce the characteristic of the vegetables. 3. Be able to understand and say the chant. 4. Be able to know the pronunciation of 5 vowel in the different word. 5. Eating more fruits and vegetables are good for their healthy. Importance and difficulties: 1. The five main words and their plural forms. 2. Pay attention to “tomato, potato”---their plural form should add “es” 3. The usage of adjective: juicy, tasty, yummy, tender, smelly. Teaching Preparation: 1. Word cards and VCD. 2. The headgears of cake, hat, me, bed, kite, milk, nose, box, student and bus. 3. Some fruits and vegetables. 4. Ss prepare for their favorite vegetables or the pictures of them. Designing for the blackboard: tomato→tomatoes juicy and red tasty and brown yummy and orange potato→potatoes tender and green smelly and white A cake E me I kite O nose U student hat bed milk box bus Steps: Step1. Warm –up 1. Greetings. 2. Sing a song “ Mary has a little lamb” ( Use the other animals instead of lamb.) 3. Free talk. What are these/those? Are they……? How many …….can you see? Can you spell the word “cat, rabbit, pig, duck, dog”? Step2.Presentation and Practice. 1. Let’s learn 1)T shows a big bag, let Ss touch and guess. T: What is it? Touch and guess. Is it a……? S: Is it an apple?…… T: Let’s see. It’s a tomato. The same way to elicit “cucumber, potato, onion, carrot.” Ss read after T. 2) T: Show me your cucumber/potato…… Ss shows the vegetables or the picture of them. 3) T: Pass me the cucumber/ onion/carrot…… Ss do it. T: How many ……can you see? Let’s count! S: One, two, three……eight potatoes. T elicits the plural form of each word as above. (Pay attention to “tomatoes” and “potatoes”. T: The fruit which end with “O” , its plural form should add “es”.) 4) T points at the cucumbers T: Look at the cucumbers. They are fresh. Guess what’s the meaning of “fresh”? S: 新鮮的。 T: Look at the potatoes. Who can describe them? They are…… ( T用手勢比劃成大的樣子。) S: They are big. T: What colour are they? S: They are brown. T: Great! And they are tasty! Tasty means delicious/yummy! The same way to elicit : Juicy and red. Yummy and orange. Tender and green. Smelly and white. 2. Let’s chant. 1) Watch the VCD. 2) Chant with the VCD together. 3) 帶什么蔬菜的同學(xué),就舉起該種蔬菜并吟唱其中的句子。 3. Pronunciation. Game: Find your friends. T hands out the headgears of the words: cake & hat, me& bed, kite &milk, nose& box, student& bus. T: Firstly, find the same letter in your headgears. Then, find the letters. For example, cake& hat, they have the same letter a. He can find A to be his friend. Read them together. Read like this: a cake, e me, I kite, o nose. Find the rule of pronunciation. 以e 結(jié)尾的單詞(開音節(jié)),元音字母在其中發(fā)字母音。 Ss raise some examples. cake, make; hat, cat, can; bed, egg; kite, bike; milk, sister, Miss; nose, home; box, long; student, cute; bus, umbrella. Revision. ( Slow motion.) 3. Let’s chant. 4. Free talk. What are they? Are they……? Do you like ……? Step2.Presentation and Practise. 1. 1) Game: Draw and guess. T: What’s this? S: It’s a /an …… T: What are these? S: They are…… T: What are those? S: They are…… 2) T: What are these? Are these potatoes? S: Yes, they are./ No, they aren’t. T points farther ones: Are those…….? S: Yes, they are./ No, they aren’t. 3) T shows the CAI. T points at Number 1: Guess! What are these? Number1 Are these…..? S: Are these……? After several students guess it. T: Let’s see together. Yes, They are…… T 遠(yuǎn)指 Number 7: What are those? Number 7. Can you guess? Are those……? S: Are those…… 4)Let’s play. In four-person group, Ss put their cards face to the desk, then guess it. Who’s right, who can get the card. S1: What are these? S2: Are these tomatoes? S1: No, they aren’t. S3: Are these potatoes? S1: Yes, you’re right. Here you are, potatoes. S3: Thank you. 5)Text. Watch the VCD. Read after the tape. Read it in roles. Make a dialogue like the text. 2. Task time. a. Ss draw their farms. b. Introduce their farms to their classmates. S1: Look! This is my farm. I have some potatoes…… S2: Your farm is wonderful. 3. Let’s check. 4. Let’s sing. (用Are you sleeping 的曲調(diào)唱) Are these…….? Are these……? Yes, they are. Yes, they are. Are those……? Are those……?
