Show them a calendar,let them read the months after the teacher. Give them 5 minutes to remember all the words,and then play a game(I point,you say).Teacher points to one month,then the students say it quickly,the first student can get one point. 2. When is your birthday,Linda?你的生日是什么時候,琳達(dá)?(教材第43頁) when是疑問副詞,意為“什么時候”,引導(dǎo)特殊疑問句,其結(jié)構(gòu)為“When+一般疑問句?”, 回答時可用介詞in,on,at等引導(dǎo)的表示時間的介詞短語。 —When is Jay Chou’s birthday?周杰倫的生日是什么時候? —His birthday is on January 18th.他的生日是一月十八號。 【辨析】when與what time when 意為“什么時候”,可對年、月、日及時刻進(jìn)行提問或者詢問某一動作發(fā)生的時間 what time 意為“幾點”,用以詢問具體的時間,如幾點幾分 —When do you go to school?你什么時候去上學(xué)? —I go to school from Monday to Friday.我周一到周五去上學(xué)。 —When/What time do we have dinner,Mom?媽媽,我們什么時間/幾點吃晚飯? —At 7:00.七點。 2.My birthday is on May 2nd.我的生日是五月二日。(教材第43頁) on May 2nd中的介詞on可以省略,May 2nd意為“五月二日”,在表示日期時,要注意以 下幾點:在美式英語中,記載方法是按月、日、年的順序,“日”與“年”中間要用逗號隔 開,書寫時“日”可以寫成序數(shù)詞形式,也可直接寫成阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字形式,但讀時一定讀作序 數(shù)詞。 April 10th,1997=4/10/1997即1997年4月10日。 在英式英語中,記載方法是按日、月、年的順序,其他同上面所講相同。 10th April,1997=10/4/1997即1997年4月10日。 3.Happy birthday!生日快樂?。ń滩牡?4頁) 此句的應(yīng)答語為Thank you.。 happy adj.意為“愉快的;高興的”。常用短語有: be happy for sb.為某人感到高興 be happy with/about sb./sth.對某人、某事滿意 be happy to do sth.高興做某事 4.—How old are you?你多大了? —I’m thirteen.我十三歲。(教材第44頁) (1) 這是詢問年齡的常用語,其同義句是:What’s your age? At last,show your survey results to other students. 語法拓展 1、 when引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句 1. when為疑問副詞,常用來詢問時間,意為“什么時候”。When is sb.’s birthday?是用來詢 問某人生日是何時的常用句型,意為“……的生日是什么時候?”其答語為:Sb.’s birthday/It’s+日期,這里sb.’s要用形容詞性物主代詞或名詞所有格。 —When is her birthday?她的生日是什么時候? —Her birthday is on August 9th.她的生日是8月9日。 2. 名詞所有格表示“某人的”,通常是 “名詞+’s”。 2、 序數(shù)詞 1. 概念:表示事物的順序的數(shù)詞叫做序數(shù)詞,它的作用相當(dāng)于名詞或形容詞。 2. 構(gòu)成: (1) 變異類:one→first第一;two→second第二;three→third第三。 (2) 普通類:第四至第十九均在相應(yīng)的基數(shù)詞后加-th,但第五(fifth)和第十二(twelfth) 均把基數(shù)詞five和twelve詞尾的ve改為f,再加-th?;鶖?shù)詞eight的序數(shù)詞,直接在后加-h, 即eighth?;鶖?shù)詞nine的序數(shù)詞,將詞尾的e去掉,再加-th,即ninth。 (3) “ty類”:即以“ty”結(jié)尾的整十的序數(shù)詞是把對應(yīng)基數(shù)詞的最后一個字母y變成i, 再加-eth。 如:twenty→twentieth;forty→fortieth (4) 幾十幾類:表示“幾十幾”的基數(shù)詞變序數(shù)詞時,只將個位變成序數(shù)詞,十位數(shù)不變。 如:twenty-three→twenty-third 【注意】序數(shù)詞的前面往往加定冠詞the,但當(dāng)序數(shù)詞前有物主代詞、指示代詞等修飾時,則 不必加the。 3、 時間介詞on,in與at辨析 1.on常用在表示星期幾或具體某一日及某一日的上午、下午或晚上的名詞前。 如:on May 4th在五月四日 2.in常用在年、月、季節(jié)、世紀(jì)及表示泛指上午、下午或晚上的名詞前。 如:in March在三月;in the morning在早上 3.at常用在表示某一具體時刻的名詞前。 如:at ten在十點;at noon在正午 Exercise 1、 根據(jù)要求完成句子。 1.
