1、本論文的目的、意義
注塑成形工藝與注塑模具在國(guó)民生活中發(fā)揮著巨大的作用,模具工業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基本工業(yè),被稱為“工業(yè)之母”。模具的發(fā)展水平代表了一個(gè)國(guó)家的生產(chǎn)能力,因此對(duì)于模具的研究不僅可以提高個(gè)人的設(shè)計(jì)能力,還具有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
隨著CAD/CAM/CAE、數(shù)控加工、SolidWorks等先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,以及這些技術(shù)在模具行業(yè)中的普及應(yīng)用,模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造領(lǐng)域中傳統(tǒng)的二維設(shè)計(jì)及模擬量加工方式正逐步被基于產(chǎn)品三維數(shù)字化模型的數(shù)字化制造方式所取代。通過(guò)該畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),掌握常用CAD/CAM/CAE軟件的使用,并應(yīng)用于注塑工藝分析、模具的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與制造中,對(duì)于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解決工程設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的能力,接受工程實(shí)際訓(xùn)練有很大的幫助。

(1) 深入了解注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程及要領(lǐng);
(2) 完成給定零件注塑成型過(guò)程的相關(guān)計(jì)算和分析;
