耳聽呼吸聲音 眼觀胸廓起伏 專業(yè)人員需同時(shí)檢查脈搏 時(shí)間小于10秒 人工通氣 吸一口氣 一手食指拇指捏住鼻孔 口對(duì)口密閉 兩次緩慢人工通氣 每次吹氣時(shí)間不少于1秒 兩次吹氣間留有呼氣時(shí)間 吹氣同時(shí)要觀察到胸廓起伏 胸外按壓 部位取胸骨中下三分之一處 也可簡(jiǎn)便取兩乳頭連線中點(diǎn) 右手沿一側(cè)肋弓向上摸到劍突 左手掌根緊貼劍突上兩橫指處 兩手掌根重疊 手指翹起不得按于肋骨上 頻率100次 分 按下與松開的時(shí)間相同 松開時(shí)手掌不得離開胸壁 兩手臂肘關(guān)節(jié)伸直 垂直用力 幅度4到5厘米 按壓通氣比為30比2 再次檢查 完成5個(gè)循環(huán)的按壓通氣后評(píng)估心跳呼吸 面感鼻孔氣流 耳聽呼吸聲音 眼觀胸廓起伏
