Breif introduction Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, lies in the hinterland of the Chengdu Plain, in central Sichuan. Chengdu enjoys a long history. 2,500 years ago, Kaiming , king of ancient Shu in the Zhou Dynasty (11th century ), started to set up the capital in Chengdu. Located in the south suburb of Chengdu, the temple covers 37,000 square meters. The date of its establishment is unclear, only that it was built next to the temple of Liu Bei, the emperor of Shu. It was combined with the Temple of Liu Bei at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty.
