一、選題的目的和意義:
隨著科技的飛速發(fā)展,特別是液壓技術(shù)、電子技術(shù)在汽車領(lǐng)域的廣泛應用,汽車的傳動系發(fā)生了巨大變化。作為傳動件的重要組成部件之一的離合器總成,擔負著傳力、減震和防止系統(tǒng)過載等重要作用。伴隨著自動變速器技術(shù)及與之相配套的離合器技術(shù)的完善,離合器產(chǎn)品不論是性能結(jié)構(gòu)方面還是生產(chǎn)制造方面都發(fā)生了很大變化。
本題從傳統(tǒng)的膜片彈簧離合器設計入手,鍛煉自身的設計能力,為以后的工作打下基礎。
研究意義:隨著汽車運輸業(yè)的發(fā)展,離合器還要在原有的基礎上不斷提高改進,以適應新的使用條件,隨著汽車發(fā)動其轉(zhuǎn)速功率的不斷提高和汽車電子技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,人們對離合器的要求越來越高,離合器的使用條件越來越苛刻,從調(diào)高離合器性能的角度出發(fā),傳統(tǒng)推式膜片彈簧的結(jié)構(gòu)正逐步地向拉式膜片彈簧離合器結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的操縱形勢正向自動操縱形勢發(fā)展,因此,提高離合器的可靠性和延長期使用壽命,適應發(fā)動機的高轉(zhuǎn)速,增加離合器傳遞扭矩的能力和簡化操作,已成為離合器目前發(fā)展趨勢。
二、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀簡述:
我國汽車離合器行業(yè)在經(jīng)歷了改革改造、引進消化、改制重組, 在激烈的市場競爭中,汽車離合器市場在行業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)、經(jīng)營管理等方面取得了較好的發(fā)展。在產(chǎn)品技術(shù)方面, 國內(nèi)汽車離合器企業(yè)經(jīng)過不斷地產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,國產(chǎn)膜片彈簧離合器的品種已經(jīng)能全面覆蓋國內(nèi)重、中、輕、轎、微及農(nóng)用等車型的需求,跟蹤國外動力傳動系統(tǒng)技術(shù),研發(fā)新一代產(chǎn)品也取得了可喜成果,如雙質(zhì)量飛輪、液力變矩器、適用于300馬力以上動力配套的由430拉式膜片彈簧離合器都獲得了成功。
雙質(zhì)量飛輪是我國傳統(tǒng)汽車離合器發(fā)展的一種方向,目前我國已經(jīng)有Luk、Excedy等外資企業(yè)在中國組裝生產(chǎn)雙質(zhì)量飛輪,吉林大華、湖北三環(huán)的雙質(zhì)量飛輪也將于今年進入產(chǎn)業(yè)化階段。
液力變矩器需求隨著我國汽車自動檔比重的增加而加大,國內(nèi)除上海薩克斯早已量產(chǎn)液力變矩器產(chǎn)品外,2007年,廣州優(yōu)達佳、上海Excedy、南京Valeo等外資企業(yè)相繼開始組裝生產(chǎn)液力變矩器。由于我國AT技術(shù)的本土化存在很大困難,發(fā)展液力變矩器對國內(nèi)企業(yè)仍存在很高的風險。
從國外的發(fā)展動向看,近年來汽車的性能向高速度發(fā)展,發(fā)動機的功率和轉(zhuǎn)速不斷提高,載重汽車趨向大型化,國內(nèi)也有類似情況。電磁離合器市場份額縮小。
三、畢業(yè)設計(論文)所采用的研究方法和手段:
設計思路:主要分析了膜片彈簧離合器,對膜片彈簧離合器進行了分類,闡述了膜片彈簧離合器的原理和組成,及其特性。通過詳細的推導過程,積累了大量的數(shù)據(jù),敘述了離合器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和它的工作原理。在此過程中,經(jīng)過對比結(jié)合,初步確定了合適的離合器結(jié)構(gòu)形式,選取了拉式膜片彈簧離合器,并且?guī)в信まD(zhuǎn)減震器,為后面的計算提供了理論基礎。
在計算中,首先確定摩擦片外徑尺寸,然后根據(jù)該尺寸對其他部件總成進行計算和設計,通過計算校核摩擦片外徑尺寸,計算選擇出其他部件的外形尺寸,再對其進行校核,確定是否能達到設計要求。
設計包括對從動總成的設計校核,對壓盤的設計校核,對離合器蓋的設計校核,具體設計計算了:摩擦片,扭轉(zhuǎn)減震器,膜片彈簧,壓盤,離合器蓋,傳動片等多個部件總成。

一、 選題質(zhì)量:
根據(jù)相關(guān)統(tǒng)計資料及所做的分析預測得知從目前到將來離合器這一部件都將會伴隨著內(nèi)燃機一起存在,不可能在汽車上消失。隨著汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展,離合器需要在原有的基礎上不斷提高改進,以適應新的使用條件,隨著汽車發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速及功率的不斷提高和汽車電子技術(shù)(ECU)的飛速發(fā)展,對離合器的要求越來越高,離合器的使用條件越來越苛刻。因此,提高離合器的可靠性和延長期使用壽命,適應發(fā)動機的高轉(zhuǎn)速,增加離合器傳遞扭矩的能力和簡化操作,亟待解決。
離合器屬于傳統(tǒng)機械零部件,其設計涵蓋大量機械設計及制造的大量知識,且難易程度適中。通過本次設計不僅是對自己掌握知識的檢測及重新學習,更對知識的宏觀掌控、系統(tǒng)整合提出了要求,能夠很好地完場綜合訓練的目的。

1、 根據(jù)相關(guān)資料已完成總體方案的設計,并細化了方案,對各部件的設計做出了模塊
化設計規(guī)劃方案。
2、 查找了網(wǎng)絡圖書館根據(jù)課題進行了英文文獻的選擇,現(xiàn)已完成了翻譯工作。
3、 對設計書籍進行了系統(tǒng)的閱讀和學習,對離合器的工作性能、結(jié)構(gòu)形式有了深入的
理解,進行了基本結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及參數(shù)的選擇。
4、使用Pro-E完成了部分零部件的草繪。
四、 存在主要問題:
1、開始時,不知道怎樣選擇原始數(shù)據(jù),雖然相關(guān)書籍給出了基本結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、參數(shù)的選擇,但是不知道怎么整合到一起,在查看了多本相關(guān)設計叢書并查閱了網(wǎng)上圖書館的信息,最后確定了粗略的基本機構(gòu)尺寸及參數(shù)的選擇,等待后續(xù)的校核、檢驗。
2、設計課題是新知識,需要學習,所涵蓋的知識點比較綜合,由于專業(yè)基礎知識學
習不夠深入,設計經(jīng)驗欠缺,一些問題不能夠靈活的解決。
