<p>客車車門墊板落料、沖孔級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì)【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含proe三維11張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯】-cymj12</p><p>客車車門墊板落料、沖孔級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì)【含11張CAD圖紙機(jī)proe三維】</p><p>摘 要</p><p> 該設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)客車車門墊板零件沖孔、落料的級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì)。進(jìn)行零件的形狀、尺寸、精度工藝分析,確定合理的工藝方案,確定工序數(shù)目。確定毛坯尺寸,合理排樣,繪制排樣圖。計(jì)算沖孔力、切斷力、卸料力、推件力、總沖壓力,確定壓力中心。計(jì)算主要結(jié)構(gòu)零件的尺寸。確定凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu),并繪制零件圖,設(shè)計(jì)定位零件,壓料、卸料零部件。設(shè)計(jì)固定零件,選擇其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。最后用CAD和pro-e分別畫出二維與三維裝配圖,三維圖并生成爆炸圖。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:客車車門墊板;落料;沖孔;級(jí)進(jìn)模;</p><p>Abstract</p><p>This article was the progressive die design of passenger car door plate for punching and blanking. Analyzed Parts of shape, size, and precision process, determined the reasonable process scheme and the number of processes. Determined the size of blank and reasonable layout, drew layout. Calculated punching force, cutting force, stripping force, pushing force, and total punching pressure, determined the center of pressure. Calculated the main structure size of parts. Determined structure of convex and concave die, and drew the drawing of parts, designed positioning parts, pressing parts, unloading parts. Designed Fixed parts, selected other standard parts. Finally, used CAD and Pro-E to draw 2D and 3D assembling drawings, and generated explosive view.</p><p>Key words: The passenger door plate; Blanking; Punching; Progressive die;</p><p>目
