<p>機(jī)油蓋注塑模具設(shè)計【一模一腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含proe三維14張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯】-cymj13</p><p>機(jī)油蓋注塑模具設(shè)計【一模一腔含14張CAD圖紙及proe三維】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>注塑模具是一種生產(chǎn)塑料制品的工具，其賦予塑膠制品完整的結(jié)構(gòu)和精確的尺寸。注塑成型是批量生產(chǎn)某些形狀復(fù)雜部件時用到的一種加工方法。其將塑件熔體注入型腔，在型腔內(nèi)冷卻成型。塑件尺寸精準(zhǔn)，表面光潔度高，成型過程安全可靠，易于實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動化生產(chǎn)，改善了加工環(huán)境，大大縮短了產(chǎn)品制造周期。機(jī)油蓋結(jié)構(gòu)和形狀較為復(fù)雜，采用PA1010材料，非常適于使用注塑模具進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。本篇為機(jī)油蓋注塑模具設(shè)計說明書，包含了塑件分析和模具總體設(shè)計，總共九章。塑件分析包括了材料成型性能分析及塑件結(jié)構(gòu)分析。模具總體設(shè)計包括了注射模具的工作原理、設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則以及材料的選擇、注射機(jī)的選擇、注射機(jī)有關(guān)參數(shù)校核、分型面的確定、澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計（主流道設(shè)計及計算、澆口的選擇和計算、冷料穴），成型零件的設(shè)計（凸凹模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、凸凹模的工作部分尺寸計算），模具導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、脫模推出機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、模具的裝配等方面。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞： PA1010、機(jī)油蓋、注塑模具、澆注系統(tǒng)</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Injection molds are a tool for the production of plastic products,it gives plastic products complete structure and precise size. Injection molding is a kind of processing method used in mass production of complex parts of some shapes. Which will melt into the mold cavity, in the cavity cooling molding. Plastic parts size accurate, high surface finish, forming process safe and reliable, easy to achieve fully automated production, improve the processing environment, greatly reducing the product manufacturing cycle. Oil cover structure and shape is more complex, the use of PA1010 material, very suitable for the use of injection mold for production. This is the design of the oil cap injection mold design, including the plastic parts analysis and the overall design of the mold, a total of nine chapters. Plastic parts analysis includes material forming performance analysis and plastic structure analysis.
