水平刮板輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
水平刮板輸送機(jī)是一種在煤礦業(yè)運(yùn)輸?shù)臋C(jī)械裝備,是一種能夠配合綜采設(shè)備這一整體的子裝備。刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)的工作主要是用于運(yùn)送、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)工作面采煤機(jī)已經(jīng)采取完成的煤炭的運(yùn)輸工作,并且能夠連接整套的采煤裝配的連接,提高采煤的整體效率。刮板輸送機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)主要包含了機(jī)械的運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換、速度調(diào)節(jié)、動(dòng)力傳送、鑄造件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)和制造工藝的相關(guān)內(nèi)容的知識(shí)。本刮板輸送機(jī)可與大型的采煤機(jī)配套使用,例如與MG300/700-WD型號(hào)的采煤機(jī)配套使用,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)主要是運(yùn)輸量較大,壽命較長(zhǎng),工作可靠,工作效率高等,是大型綜采配套設(shè)備不可或缺的優(yōu)秀機(jī)型。
此次設(shè)計(jì)是以在煤炭實(shí)際運(yùn)輸?shù)墓ぷ鳝h(huán)境為依據(jù),充分的介紹了世界各地的刮板輸送機(jī)概括以及刮板輸送機(jī)在未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。在通過(guò)科學(xué)的選擇之后選擇一個(gè)更加合理規(guī)范的結(jié)構(gòu)和技術(shù)參數(shù),爭(zhēng)取使水平刮板輸送機(jī)提高其制作質(zhì)量,使生產(chǎn)成本達(dá)到最低,在充分了解吸收以及學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)有的刮板輸送機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,參考與之有關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)資料,查閱《機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》等設(shè)計(jì)方面的工具書,按照機(jī)械工程的專業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)程序、方法和技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行合理的工程優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。

The Design of horizontal chain conveyor
Abstract
Scraper conveyor is a kind of mechanical equipment which is used to transport in coal mine. The work of scraper conveyor is mainly used for transporting and transferring the coal transport work of the coal mining machine which has been completed on the working face, and can connect the whole coal mining assembly connection to improve the overall efficiency of coal mining. The design of scraper conveyor mainly includes the knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing process and so on.The scraper conveyor can be used with Shearer supporting large, such as coal mining machine matching with the MG300/700-WD model, its main advantage is the large amount of transportation, long service life, reliable work, high work efficiency, excellent models indispensable large-scale mechanized mining equipment.
The design is based on the actual working environment of coal transportation, and introduced the scraper conveyor in the world as well as the future direction of scraper conveyor. Choose a more reasonable structure and technical specification of the parameters after the scientific selection, so as to improve the level of the scraper conveyor production quality, the production cost to reach the minimum, based on a full understanding of the absorption and learning of scraper conveyor design experience on the existing reference related design information, refer to the "mechanical design manual" the design tool, project reasonable design according to the design process, mechanical engineering professional methods and technical specifications.
