氣瓶是一種常用的氣體儲備裝置，廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人民生活中。但是它卻具有潛在的危險性，一旦發(fā)生爆炸或泄漏，就會給人們帶來災(zāi)難。所以氣瓶的優(yōu)化設(shè)計技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為世界各國研究的熱點。國內(nèi)對氣瓶的設(shè)計還存在機理研究不深入、設(shè)計流程不規(guī)范等問題。針對該領(lǐng)域開展研究具有重要的理論意義與實用價值。本文在對氣瓶現(xiàn)有的結(jié)構(gòu)、原理詳細分析的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計了M500A氣瓶的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，并運用SolidWorks軟件對M500A氣瓶的主要部件進行了三維建模，總體裝配，最后是生成工程圖。同時參考國內(nèi)外文獻，總結(jié)、制定了M500A氣瓶的設(shè)計流程，為氣瓶的規(guī)范化設(shè)計提供了指導(dǎo)。

Title Three-dimensional Design of the M500A Gas Cylinder
Abstract
The gas cylinder is a kind of air storage equipments. It is used extensively in industrial production and normal life. But it is dangerous potentially, It will bring a disaster to people, once the explosion or leakage occurred. So research on the optimizing technology of the gas cylinder has already become a little bit hot in the world. But in China, there still exist many problems in the design of the gas cylinder, such as less study on its mechanism, less standardization on design process and so on. In this paper, on the basis if the existing researches, the total structure of the M500A gas cylinder is designed on the platform of SolidWorks. The 3D models of the main parts of M500A gas cylinder are modeled. The final assembly is finished and the engineering diagram is also completed. In the end, the design process is determined by contrast to the domestic and international references. It will be useful for the design standardization of the gas cylinder.
