鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) 2008 基于三維的柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋組合鉆床總體及后主軸箱設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要：組合機(jī)床是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以大量通用部件為基礎(chǔ),配以少量專用部件組成的一以及種高效的專用機(jī)床。組合機(jī)床一般采用多軸、多刀、多工序、多面或多工位同時(shí)加工的方法，生產(chǎn)效率比通用機(jī)床高幾倍至幾十倍。本課題設(shè)計(jì)的是臥式三面鉆孔組合鉆床，來(lái)源于鹽城市江淮動(dòng)力集團(tuán)。柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋是需要大量生產(chǎn)的零件，為了提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率，需要設(shè)計(jì)一種組合機(jī)床來(lái)改善柴油機(jī)氣缸蓋的加工情況。該設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括總體設(shè)計(jì)和后主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)。在總體設(shè)計(jì)中分析了被加工零件的加工工藝性，選擇了加工的定位基準(zhǔn)及加緊方案等，同時(shí)完成了“三圖一卡”的繪制。在后主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)方面，首先確定繪制后主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)原始依據(jù)圖，接著對(duì)主軸結(jié)構(gòu)型式選擇和動(dòng)力的計(jì)算，然后對(duì)主軸箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算，在對(duì)后主軸箱中的傳動(dòng)軸直徑和傳動(dòng)軸在箱體中的位置進(jìn)行計(jì)算，最后對(duì)軸和齒輪的強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行校核，繪制出主軸箱中傳動(dòng)軸坐標(biāo)檢查圖。本組合機(jī)床效率高，成本低，加工精度高，操作使用方便，減輕了工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，滿足了設(shè)計(jì)需要。 關(guān)鍵詞：氣缸蓋；鉆孔；組合機(jī)床；主軸箱 Based on the 3D engine cylinder head and the overall portfolio after the drilling spindle box desig Abstract: The combination of machine parts processing is based on need, to a large number based on common components, supported by a small number of dedicated components of a highly efficient and dedicated machine.The general composition of multi-axis machine tools, multi-tool, multi-process, multi-faceted public place or method of processing at the same time, production of high-efficient than GM machine several times to 10 times.
