摘要
進入二十一世紀以來，中國塑料工業(yè)取得了令世人矚目的成就，實現了歷史性的跨越。蓬勃發(fā)展的中國塑料工業(yè)，在中國現代化經濟建設中發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用。塑料制品在人們的日常生活中隨處可見，因此其注塑模具的需求也日益增多，市場前景廣泛，而且因為不同塑件的外形不同，注塑模具也就有了很大的不同。
本設計是關于頂塊的注塑模具設計，通過注塑機注塑成形零件。首先運用UG對塑件進行三維圖的繪制，然后轉成二維模型，進行導出，再運用AutoCAD軟件修改二維模型。介紹了注塑機的選用，塑件的選材，澆注系統(tǒng)的設計，分型面及型腔數目的設計，導向、脫模及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設計等，以及對模具的校核。 隨著塑料加工工業(yè)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，塑料制品在工業(yè)、農業(yè)、軍事及人民生活的各個領域得到廣泛的應用，塑料制品的研究、生成與應用開發(fā)得到迅速發(fā)展，塑料模具的設計、制造技術也隨之不斷提高。塑料制品業(yè)是一個新興大行業(yè)。隨著我國國民經濟持續(xù)高速發(fā)展已逐步發(fā)展壯大，自上世紀90年代以來，塑料行業(yè)一直保持在10%以上的增長速度，已成為輕工業(yè)的支柱產業(yè)之一。隨著CAD/CAM/CAE技術的引用，更是顯著提高了模具設計的效率，減少模具設計過程中的失誤，提高了模具和塑件的質量，縮短了生產周期，降低了模具和塑件的成本。
