直齒圓柱齒輪注塑模設(shè)計
摘 要：本設(shè)計題目為直齒圓柱齒輪注塑模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了塑料齒輪在受力不大場合代替鋼是很有前景的。所以本設(shè)計對我今后深入設(shè)計齒輪埋下一定的功力。
本設(shè)計運用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及推出裝置的選取。
本塑件齒輪外側(cè)的側(cè)孔與開模方向不一致，所以在脫模時必須考慮設(shè)計側(cè)抽機構(gòu)，以便開模過程的時，使塑件能順利脫模。本副模具采用推管脫模，一模兩件。一模多件容易降低同軸精度，推桿脫模亦不易保證齒輪精度。
型腔采用鑲拼式組合，這樣便于加工、熱處理，也可以利用其配合間隙來排氣。缺點：強度不高，配合面不好的話容易變形。
