摘要：通過強度計算分析，認為現(xiàn)有GW-40彎曲機的大部分零件有較大的設計裕量，需要改變個別零部件及電動機功率即可大幅度提高加工能力滿足ф40鋼筋的彎曲加工。還可升級為GW-50鋼筋彎曲機。
GW-40型半自動鋼筋彎曲機適用于彎曲Φ6-Φ40毫米鋼筋之用，本機的傳動機構采用全封閉式，變速桿換擋，可使工作盤得到兩種轉速，鋼筋的彎曲角度由工作盤側面的擋塊調節(jié)，機械部分通過電器控制實現(xiàn)半自動。
