摘 要設(shè)計的軋鋼機為 300×3 型鋼軋鋼機,軋輥的直徑為 300 mm。軋鋼機主要用來為軋制小型線材,采用三輥式工作機座。軋鋼機的主要設(shè)備是由一個主機列組成的。軋鋼機的主機列是由原動機,傳動裝置和執(zhí)行機構(gòu)三個基本部分組成的。采用的配置方式為電動機——減速機——齒輪機座——軋機。由于軋輥的轉(zhuǎn)向和轉(zhuǎn)速不可逆轉(zhuǎn),原動機采用造價較底的高速交流主電機。考慮到軋制負荷很不均勻,為了均衡電機負荷,減少電機的容量,在減速機和電動機之間加有飛輪。齒輪機座:其用途是傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩給工作輥,設(shè)計采用三個直徑相等的圓柱形人字齒輪在垂直面排成一排,裝在密閉的箱體內(nèi)。聯(lián)軸器:在減速器與齒輪機座之間采用的是安全連軸器。而主聯(lián)軸器采用的的梅花接軸聯(lián)軸器。關(guān)鍵詞: 軋鋼機 齒輪機座 飛輪AbstractRolling mill designed for 300 x 3 payments rolling mill, roller diameter of 300 mm.
