2044 C616臥式車床數(shù)控化改造,c616,臥式,車床,數(shù)控,改造 摘要中國是一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械制造大國，但其裝備水平落后，特別是一些老機(jī)械制造廠大多還是比較舊的機(jī)床，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足加工的要求。針對(duì)目前制業(yè)的技術(shù)裝備現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械制造業(yè)裝備進(jìn)行改造，解決機(jī)械制造業(yè)中的些技術(shù)問題，用現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)技術(shù)對(duì)舊的設(shè)備進(jìn)行改造和提升，是我國制造業(yè)的展方向。本課題是針對(duì)己報(bào)廢的 C616 普通廢舊車床進(jìn)行數(shù)控化改造，現(xiàn)實(shí)意義在于如何尋找一種可行的、有推廣價(jià)值的設(shè)備改造方法，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)機(jī)制造行業(yè)的技術(shù)裝備進(jìn)行技術(shù)提升，以解決目前設(shè)備老化所帶來的問題。根據(jù)數(shù)控車床所承擔(dān)加工任務(wù)的特點(diǎn)，其加工的零件類型大多分為軸類套類、盤類等，依據(jù)成組工藝技術(shù)的原理，我們提出首先編寫各類零件成組藝，依據(jù)成組工藝，編寫數(shù)控程序，將數(shù)控加工程序編號(hào)存入 PC 機(jī)中的方法完成對(duì)零件的快速程序編制，提高生產(chǎn)效率。通過這種方法，可以變小批生為“大”批生產(chǎn)，可以有效的提高生產(chǎn)效率，同時(shí)降低對(duì)操作人員的要求。關(guān)鍵字：機(jī)床改造， 數(shù)控技術(shù)， 數(shù)控機(jī)床，自動(dòng)刀架AbstractChina is a traditional mechanical manufacturing country, but the level of their equipment behind, especially in some of the old machinery factory most of the older machines still far from meeting the requirements of processing.
