3746 液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)改造,液壓,靜力,壓樁機(jī),系統(tǒng),改造 液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)總體部分設(shè)計(jì)液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)總體部分設(shè)計(jì)摘要在土木工程施工過(guò)程中,首先要進(jìn)行的是基礎(chǔ)施工.樁基礎(chǔ)是建筑施工特別是高層建筑施工中最為常見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)形式.近年來(lái)興起的靜力壓樁機(jī)由于具有非常明顯的環(huán)保性,十幾年來(lái)從廣東珠江三角洲開(kāi)始由南向北得到了迅速的推廣.液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)具有操作簡(jiǎn)便、工作效率高、無(wú)噪聲和無(wú)氣體污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在預(yù)制樁的施工過(guò)程中得到廣泛的運(yùn)用。目前在很多城市特別是沿海地區(qū)，靜力壓樁機(jī)已經(jīng)很普及。對(duì)比選擇各基本回路，擬訂了靜力壓樁機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖 。比較恒流量和準(zhǔn)恒功率兩種液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法，選用準(zhǔn)恒功率設(shè)計(jì)法設(shè)計(jì)了ZYJ800 型液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)。對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)各元件選型，并對(duì)壓樁液壓缸、油箱進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。本次設(shè)計(jì)中，我主要對(duì)液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算跟校核方面的工作，由于傳統(tǒng)液壓系統(tǒng)采用恒流量設(shè)計(jì)，系統(tǒng)功率按滿足最大流量和額定壓力的要求進(jìn)行配置，與實(shí)際工況不相適應(yīng)，在壓樁的大部分低阻力階段，都處于“大馬拉小車(chē) ”的工作狀況，而進(jìn)入高阻力階段時(shí)，由于阻力大，必然導(dǎo)致壓樁速度下降，多余的高壓油的壓力只能以熱能的形式從溢流閥泄走，而導(dǎo)致整個(gè)壓樁過(guò)程能耗高，工作效率低?，F(xiàn)有的液壓技術(shù)比較好地解決的這個(gè)問(wèn)題，采用“邊樁”和“角樁”，特別是高承載力管樁、薄壁管樁的廣泛使用和 H 型鋼的出現(xiàn)，使大家對(duì)其發(fā)展有了更新的認(rèn)識(shí)。關(guān)鍵詞：液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)；液壓系統(tǒng)； 恒流量設(shè)計(jì)液壓靜力壓樁機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)總體部分設(shè)計(jì)THE GENERAL PARTS DESIGNING OF HYDRAULICSTATIC PILING MACHINEABSTRACTIn the course of civil engineer ing construction, first of all is the foundation tocarry out the construction.
