摘 要
生產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)是工廠設(shè)計(jì)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一,是工藝投資成敗的關(guān)鍵,更關(guān)系到企業(yè)是否可持續(xù)發(fā)展。生產(chǎn)線具有較大的靈活性,能適應(yīng)多品種生產(chǎn)的需要。在產(chǎn)品品種規(guī)格較為復(fù)雜,零部件數(shù)目較多,每種產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量不多,機(jī)器設(shè)備不足的企業(yè)里,采用生產(chǎn)線能取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
眾所周知,一個(gè)產(chǎn)品的形成過(guò)程離不開(kāi)以下幾大環(huán)節(jié):產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品的制造加工、產(chǎn)品的部件裝配及最終裝配。這些環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)成了產(chǎn)品的成本因素。如今的社會(huì),已進(jìn)入了計(jì)算機(jī)與信息時(shí)代,計(jì)算機(jī)及其軟件技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,使產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)及產(chǎn)品制造加工環(huán)節(jié)的效率大大提高,而唯有裝配環(huán)節(jié)不能覆蓋(除少數(shù)裝配工序采用機(jī)器人作業(yè)外),大量的手工勞動(dòng)(人員作業(yè))仍然并將繼續(xù)存在。為提高效率、降低成本,我們須為此找出有效的分析管理方法。
本文對(duì)生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),主要內(nèi)容包括液壓缸的結(jié)構(gòu)、裝配液壓缸的工藝過(guò)程、車(chē)間平面布置以及針對(duì)液壓缸導(dǎo)向套裝配困難進(jìn)行了立式裝缸機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)。

ABSTRACT
The layout design of the production line is one of the important links in factory design,the key of the processing investment success and failure,particular involving the possibility of the continuous development of the enterprise. The production line has far flexibility, can pipelining of the multi-varieties production; In the enterprise of variety specification of the products more complex, the spare part number are more many, every kind of volume of production are less, the machine equipment is insufficient, uses the production line to be able to obtain the good economic efficiency.
Below it is well known, the forming process of a product cannot exist without several big links: The product development, the design, and the product manufacture processing, the product unit assembling and finally assembles. These links constituted the product cost element. Nowadays, The society entered computer and the information time, the computer and its software technology widespread application, causes the development design of the product and the product manufacture processes of the link is efficiency greatly to enhance, but only the assembly link not to be able to cover (uses robot work besides minority assembly working procedure), the massive of manual labor (personnel work) still and will continue to exist. In order to enhance the efficiency, reduces the cost, we must discover the effective analysis management for this.
This article design product line, primary content includes the structure of cylinder assembly, technics process of assemble cylinder assembly, plane disposal of plant and for oriented sheath of cylinder assembly assemble hard design hydraulic cylinder install the cylinder machine .
