摘 要
本畢業(yè)論文的主要內(nèi)容為對生物質(zhì)致密成型機在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展及其它的工作原理進行調(diào)查和研究。生物質(zhì)的壓縮要想大批量的投入生產(chǎn)離不開生物質(zhì)致密成型機。生物質(zhì)致密成型機可以大大的提高壓縮的效率,大大的影響其產(chǎn)量。然后以調(diào)查研究的結果為根據(jù),分析比對現(xiàn)有的生物質(zhì)致密成型機的各種類型,對其各種的特點進行取長補短,然后融合自己想法,設計出符合我們需求的生物質(zhì)致密成型機。構思的設計方案出來以后,我們需要選型計算其相關的組件,我完成了軸承座、電動機、減速機、皮帶、軸承、連接軸等等,計算完后,完成了相關軸的校核和強度的檢測還需做檢驗測試;做完以上步驟后,最后一步是按照設計方案,通過三維solidworks軟件對機器進行3D的建模處理,對主要模型完成3D建模并配合在一起。

Abstract
In this paper, the design of the content of research dense biomass molding machine working principle and development present situation at home and abroad. Biomass molding equipment is the key to biomass production.The efficiency of biomass molding equipment decided to biomass production.According to the results of the research in view of the current biomass density forming machine carries on the analysis comparison, the characteristics of each structure, design of biomass density forming machine configuration scheme. According to the selection of connecting shaft, motor, speed reducer and bearing seat,belt, design scheme of bearing,and the stress checking; According to the design scheme of using 3 d software solidworks software biomass density forming machine for 3 d modeling.
