摘 要
隨著我國(guó)的城市化迅速發(fā)展，城市面積迅速減少，人均住房面積降低，人們對(duì)房間的利用率也跟著上升，房屋的室內(nèi)高處也被充分地利用。越來(lái)越多的人們選擇在高處儲(chǔ)物，裝飾，物品的高處放置及裝修成為日常生活的一大難題。為了解決這一問(wèn)題，便需要一種家用可移式升降平臺(tái)，能夠代替梯子，通過(guò)起升方便安全的幫助人們完成一些諸如安裝電燈泡、刷墻等高空作業(yè)；并且可以做到運(yùn)送物品的作用。
升降機(jī)應(yīng)用廣泛，本課題將研究設(shè)計(jì)可移式升降平臺(tái)，解決人們?nèi)粘Ｑb修、物品安放問(wèn)題。設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)具有一定剛度和強(qiáng)度，起升高度可調(diào)的結(jié)構(gòu)。由于該項(xiàng)目適用于家庭生活的研究，所以設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的要求，遵循輕、實(shí)用、經(jīng)濟(jì)、美觀的原則。本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)是將升降結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)化和驅(qū)動(dòng)的優(yōu)化，將采用剪叉式升降機(jī)構(gòu)，降低復(fù)雜性，力求簡(jiǎn)單明了。升降結(jié)構(gòu)由主動(dòng)桿，連桿組成，通過(guò)伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)液壓缸，從而主動(dòng)桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),帶動(dòng)連桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)工作平臺(tái)的升降。升降系統(tǒng)采用液壓回路，去除多余原件，降低能量的耗損。同時(shí)裝配小車，便于移動(dòng)。

Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization in china, the urban area is decreasing rapidly, the per capital housing area is reduced, and the utilization rate of the room is also rising.More people choose to put on the high places of storage, decoration, objects and decoration become a major problem in daily life.In order to solve the issue, we need a household portable lifting platform, which can replace the ladder, by lifting the convenient and safe installation to help people accomplish such as light bulbs, paint and other high-altitude operations; and it can move
materials.
Elevators are widely used. This paper will study the design of movable lifting platform to solve the problems of people's daily decoration,to design a height adjustable structure with a certain stiffness and strength.Because the project is applied to the study of family life, so the design should be economic and reasonable, follow the roles of light, practical, economic, aesthetic .The focus of this design is to simplify the structure of the lift and drive optimization, the use of scissors type lifting mechanism, reduce complexity, and to strive to be concise and clear..The lifting structure is composed of an active rod and a connecting rod, and the hydraulic cylinder is driven by a servo motor, so that the driving rod rotates and drives the connecting rod to rotate. Lifting system uses hydraulic circuit, to remove redundant original,and reduce energy lose。The lifting platform assembles the car, easy to move.
