摘 要
本設計包括三個部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為陳四樓煤礦240萬噸新井設計。陳四樓煤礦位于河南省永城市境內(nèi),交通便利。井田走向(南北)長約13km,傾向(南北)長約6.7km,總面積為61km2。主采煤層為二2煤,煤層傾角為8~23,平均傾角11,平均煤厚為3.5m。井田地質(zhì)條件較為簡單。
井田工業(yè)儲量為28207萬t,可采儲量為20454萬t。礦井設計生產(chǎn)能力為2.4Mt/a。礦井服務年限為65.56a,涌水量較大,礦井正常涌水量為894m3/h,最大涌水量為1087m3/h。礦井瓦斯相對涌出量為0.57 m3/t,絕對涌出量為2.0m3/min,為低瓦斯礦井。
井田開拓方式為立井兩水平開拓,暗斜井延伸。采用膠帶輸送機運煤,采用礦車進行輔助運輸。礦井通風方式為兩翼對角式通風。礦井年工作日為330d,工作制度為“三八”制。
一般部分共包括10章:1、礦區(qū)概述與地質(zhì)特征;2、井田境界和儲量;3、礦井工作制度、設計生產(chǎn)能力及服務年限;4、井田開拓;5、準備方式——帶區(qū)巷道布置;6、采煤方法; 7、井下運輸;8、礦井提升;9、礦井通風與安全;10、設計礦井基本技術經(jīng)濟指標。
專題部分題目是綜采工作面過斷層技術研究,主要是研究了綜采工作面過斷層的方法及相關頂板管理控制技術,對綜采工作面過斷層技術做了全面的陳述。
翻譯部分主要內(nèi)容是關于水壓控制爆破用于水力致裂技術用來增加煤巖體孔隙率的研究,英文題目為: Hydraulic fracturing after water pressure control blasting for increased fracturing

ABSTRACT
This design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and the translation part.
The general part is a new design for Chensilou mine. Chensilou mine is located in Yongcheng which comes within the jurisdiction of Shangqiu in Henan province. It is very convenient to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 13km,the width is about6.7km,and the total area is 61km2.The second is the main coal seams, and its dip angle is 8~23 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 3.5m in all. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple.
The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 282.07 million tons, and the minable reserves are 204.54 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 24 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 65.56 years. The normal flow of the mine is 894m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 1087m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush is 0.57 m3/t and the absolute gush is 2.0 m3/min, so it is a low gas mine.
The mine is two level to develop. Te central laneway uses Belt Conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway. The ventilation mode of this mine is two wings diagonal form.
The “three-eight” working system is used in the Chensilou mine. It produces for 330 days a year. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Underground transportation of the mine; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms of the designed mine.
The topic of special subject parts is the Analysis of Face to Across the Fault Technology in Mechanized Mining Face. It makes a fully comprehensive statement of face to across the fault Technology in mechanized mining face.
Translation part is about Hydraulic fracturing and water pressure control. The English title is “Hydraulic fracturing after water pressure control blasting for increased fracturing”.
