許廠莊煤礦1.2Mta新井設(shè)計(jì)【含CAD圖紙+文檔】,含CAD圖紙+文檔,許廠莊,煤礦,mta,設(shè)計(jì),cad,圖紙,文檔 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)包括三部分：一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。 一般部分為淄博礦務(wù)局許廠煤礦1.2 Mt/a新井設(shè)計(jì)，共分十章：礦井概述及井田地質(zhì)特征，井田境界和儲(chǔ)量，礦井工作制度、設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限，井田開拓，準(zhǔn)備方式—帶區(qū)巷道布置，采煤方法，礦井運(yùn)輸與提升，礦井通風(fēng)及礦井基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。 許廠井田位于山東濟(jì)北礦區(qū)東部，隸屬于濟(jì)寧市管轄，西南距濟(jì)寧市10km，東北距兗州市26 km，。井田南北長(zhǎng)約8.1 km，東西寬約3.7 km，面積約30.1km2。設(shè)計(jì)開采煤層為3下煤層，厚度平均為4.2 m。煤層傾角1°～9°。 井田工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為145.53 Mt，礦井可采儲(chǔ)量98.57 Mt。礦井服務(wù)年限為63.2 a，礦井正常涌水量為200 m3/h，最大涌水量為290 m3/h。礦井為低瓦斯礦井。 許廠煤礦礦井工作制度為“四六”制，一個(gè)綜采工作面保產(chǎn)。開拓方式為立井兩水平直接延伸，水平標(biāo)高分別為-240 m，-355 m，準(zhǔn)備方式為帶區(qū)巷道布置。礦井主井采用箕斗提煤，副井采用罐籠作為輔助提升。工作面采用長(zhǎng)壁采煤法，面長(zhǎng)160 m，采煤工藝為綜采。礦井主運(yùn)輸為膠帶運(yùn)輸，輔助運(yùn)輸采用無極繩牽引普軌卡軌車運(yùn)輸。礦井通風(fēng)初期采用中央并列式，后期采用中央分列式。 專題部分題目是軟巖巷道技術(shù)研究。論文闡述了軟巖巷道控制的基本理論，系統(tǒng)介紹了軟巖巷道基于錨桿、梁、網(wǎng)、混凝土的基本支護(hù)技術(shù)，論述了一些行之有效的軟巖巷道施工的支護(hù)技術(shù)實(shí)例，并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了新奧法在我國(guó)煤礦軟巖巷道支護(hù)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用及創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，為煤礦及其它行業(yè)提供了合理的技術(shù)借鑒。 翻譯部分對(duì)煤礦綠色開采技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹，其英文題目為Mine Green Mining。 關(guān)鍵詞：立井；兩水平；帶區(qū)；綜采；卡軌車；中央并列式通風(fēng)  Abstract This design contains three parts:the general part,the special part and the translated part. The general part is a new design of Xu Chang mine belonging to Zi Bo mining bureau whose production capacity is 1.2 Mt per year.It has ten chapters as follows:the outline of mine and mine field geology, boundary and reserves, working system and productive capacity and service life, development method of the mine, the main roadways, coal mining method and layout or roadways in working area,transportation of underground, mine lifting, mine ventilation and safety, main technique—economic induces. The Xu Chang mine filed lies in the eastern of North mining area. Shandong economic , under the jurisdiction of Jining City , southwest from the Jining City, 10 km northeast from Yanzhou City, 26 km . Ida north-south length of about 8.1 km , 3.7 km from east to west , covering an area of about 30.1 km2. Design Coal Seam 3 seam under the average thickness was 4.2 m .The coal seams dip 1°~9 ° . The proved reserves of the minefield are 145.53 million tons,and the recoverable reserves are 98.57 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 63.2 years. The normal flow of the mine is 200m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 290 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes is lower, It is a low gas mineral well. The working system is “four-six”.One productive place meets the requirement. The mode of development about the mine is vertical development. The mine has two levels, the first level locates in the level of –240 meters, the second in the level of –355 meters.The main shaft uses skip hoisting and the auxiliary shaft adopts cage hoisting. The working face adopts long wall retreating to the strike.Its length is 160 meters.The technology of the working face is the full-mechanized mining.Belt Conveyor to transit coal is used chiefly to transport coal, the auxiliary transportation uses 1t solid car. Endless rope traction & P rail rail car is used for Xu Chang coal mine in prophase and at anaphase defile ventilation is used at anaphase. The thematic part of the topic is the study of soft rock roadway . The paper described the basic theory of soft rock roadway control , the system soft rock roadway based on the bolt , beam , mesh , concrete support technology , discusses some effective soft rock tunnel construction support technology examples , and brief introduction to the practical application of NATM in the soft rock of China's coal mine roadway support and innovative development , provides a reasonable technical reference for the coal mines and other industries .
