電動(dòng)機(jī)作為把電能轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)械能的主要設(shè)備,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,一是要使電動(dòng)機(jī)具有較高的機(jī)電能量轉(zhuǎn)換效率;二是根據(jù)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械的工藝要求控制和調(diào)節(jié)電動(dòng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度。電動(dòng)機(jī)的調(diào)速性能的好壞對(duì)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和節(jié)省電能有著直接的決定性影響。眾所周知,直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速容易控制和調(diào)節(jié),采用轉(zhuǎn)速電流雙閉環(huán)直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)可獲得優(yōu)良的靜動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)速特性。因此長期以來,在變速傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域中,直流調(diào)速一直占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。但是,由于直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的機(jī)械式換向器和電刷存在著諸多弱點(diǎn),因此有時(shí)直流調(diào)速也受到限制。然而,采用無換向器的交流電動(dòng)機(jī)組成的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)代替直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)可以突破這些限制,滿足生產(chǎn)發(fā)展對(duì)調(diào)速、傳動(dòng)的各種不同的要求。交流電機(jī)調(diào)速技術(shù)的發(fā)展,特別是變頻器傳動(dòng)本身固有的優(yōu)勢,必將使之應(yīng)用于社會(huì)生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,以體現(xiàn)出不同的功能,達(dá)到不同的目的,收到相應(yīng)的效益。因此,本論文通過對(duì)變頻器的研究,對(duì)于交流變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)理論的應(yīng)用,有著實(shí)際的意義和一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
(2)三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展前景
隨著變頻技術(shù)的不斷的發(fā)展,通用變頻器以其優(yōu)異的控制性能現(xiàn)已在調(diào)速領(lǐng)域、工業(yè)領(lǐng)域及家電產(chǎn)品中得到迅速推廣。此外,變頻技術(shù)和變頻器制造己經(jīng)從傳統(tǒng)的拖動(dòng)技術(shù)中分離出來,現(xiàn)已成為各國在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化和機(jī)電一體化領(lǐng)域中爭強(qiáng)占先的陣地,而發(fā)達(dá)國家更是在該技術(shù)領(lǐng)域投入了極大的人力、物力、財(cái)力,逐步向高新技術(shù)行業(yè)發(fā)展。
(1)網(wǎng)絡(luò)智能化
智能化的變頻器可以進(jìn)行故障自診斷、遙控診斷以及部件自動(dòng)置換,從而保證變頻器的長壽命。利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多臺(tái)變頻器聯(lián)動(dòng)等綜合管理控制系統(tǒng)。
(2)專業(yè)化和一體化
變頻器的制造專業(yè)化,可以使變頻器在某一領(lǐng)域的性能更強(qiáng),如風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵、電梯、起重機(jī)械和張力控制專用變頻器等。此外變頻器與電動(dòng)機(jī)一體化的發(fā)展趨勢,使變頻器成為電動(dòng)機(jī)的一部分,逐漸向體積小、易控制的方向發(fā)展。
(3)適應(yīng)新能源
以太陽能和風(fēng)力為能源的燃料電池以其低廉的性能已得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。這些發(fā)電設(shè)備的最大特點(diǎn)是容量小而分散,將來的變頻器就要適應(yīng)這樣的新能源,既要高效,又要低耗。隨著電力電子技術(shù)、微電子技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代控制技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,變頻調(diào)速傳動(dòng)技術(shù)也隨之取得了日新月異的進(jìn)。主要表現(xiàn)在交流調(diào)速裝置的大容量化、變頻器的高性能化和多功能化、結(jié)構(gòu)的小型化等方面。
