摘 要
本文結(jié)合企業(yè)實際工程項目,以豐田花冠轎車為研究對象,對車門布置與設(shè)計流程進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究與分析,重點完成了車門機能件布置流程的研究。通過對國內(nèi)外車身技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢的回顧與理解,我們用現(xiàn)代計算機技術(shù)與國外先進(jìn)的流程化設(shè)計思想,對車門基本結(jié)構(gòu)與組成進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析;然后我們對車門的開發(fā)流程進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,重點對車門布置階段的各個要點進(jìn)行理論分析與知識庫經(jīng)驗的判斷;最后對該車的具體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行選型與布置討論,形成用于詳細(xì)設(shè)計的總布置文件。
車門是車身結(jié)構(gòu)中一個重要而復(fù)雜的總成,熟悉車門結(jié)構(gòu)的功能要求、結(jié)構(gòu)特點和較見的結(jié)構(gòu)處理方法是車門結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ);另外,在具體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程中,正確的方法、步驟是實現(xiàn)合理設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵,如車門總體結(jié)構(gòu)的確定、附件的布置及運動校核、結(jié)構(gòu)的統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)和強度、剛度、可靠性等方面都有一定的規(guī)律和要求。結(jié)合產(chǎn)品年開發(fā)的具體實踐對車門結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的幾個問題做了較詳細(xì)的論述。

ABSTRACT
In this paper,we study the processes of the door layout and design through one actual engineering project development of a sedan car,focusing on the function of pieces to complete the door layout of the study process.Technology at home and abroad through the development trend of the body of the review and understanding,we do the analysis on the basic structure and the component using the modern computer technology and advanced design concepts of the process.And we carried out relevant research on the door development process,focusing on the theoretical analysis of the various important points and the estimation of the experience and knowledge. Finally,we selected the structure of the door and discuss the package of the door,creating the detailed design for the overall layout of parts.
Car body door is an important assembly of complexity in the body structure.Structural function requirement,specialty of structure and general handling method of structure are the basis of body door structure design.In the course of door structural design,correct method and procedure are the key points to realize rational design,such as determination of door structure outlay,arrangement of accessories,motion verification and also others as overall coordination of structure,strength,rigidity,reliability etc.,all have definite rule and demand. Fairly detailed discussion is made for some problem of door structural design combining the substantial practice of product development.
